I paid $400 for book marketing services to Bobby Mediah LLC. Each month there were excuses why they couldn’t proceed. After four months I realized they weren’t ever going to deliver and asked for a refund. Total silence since then. This is a scam.

Bobby is creating normal stores. But it's just that when he starts setting up the store, he immediately starts pumping money from the person for nothing. You write to him in the end to pay 250-400$ and in the end nothing is done.

Misleading Sales Practices, Unfulfilled Commitments, and Inadequate Post-Payment Support. Our experience with Bobby Media has been extremely disappointing and reflects a serious lack of transparency, ethics, and professionalism.
We were initially engaged for Shopify marketing services. Over time, multiple additional services—including theme replacement, SEO, and other paid “upgrades”—were progressively introduced and aggressively promoted. Despite already having a professionally developed and functional Shopify theme, we were repeatedly informed that replacing it was mandatory to generate sales. These recommendations appeared to be driven by upselling objectives rather than any genuine, data-backed evaluation of our business requirements.
Critical information regarding scope, limitations, and true necessity of services was not disclosed upfront. Instead, services were presented incrementally, creating sustained pressure to approve additional payments. This approach reflects misleading sales practices and a lack of honest consultation. Following payment, the quality of communication and support deteriorated significantly. Responses became delayed or completely absent, and follow-up requests were routinely ignored—demonstrating poor post-payment accountability. Most concerning, the CEO personally committed to issuing a refund. However, this commitment was repeatedly delayed with excuses such as “payment gateway issues” and promises of “tomorrow” that were never fulfilled. These assurances have proven unreliable and have severely undermined trust. To date, no refund has been processed. This is the first time we have encountered such conduct from a company or agency. Based on our experience, the behavior strongly resembles deceptive and unethical business practices. We possess complete documentation and conversation records to substantiate every claim made here. We are now in the process of initiating legal action in the United States federal jurisdiction. We strongly advise businesses to exercise extreme caution before engaging with Bobby Media.
