ordering experience was normal,
but shoes have an entirely different logo on and in them. i found they actually come from Amy and Michael on aliexpress

this store claims they make in-house original designs and do not dropship (even claiming this on other reviews here). however, when emailed about this, no reply was given, so i have nothing to disprove that they're just dropshippers with a fake backstory.

if you like the design, avoid the middleman and just get them from aliexpress directly. it's cheaper and shipping is likely the same anyway

It was very easy ordering but when I received the shoes today the box they were in was torn all the way across the top of the box. The shoes are ok but the box is a mess!

The shoes are super cute and super good quality, but not that much more expensive compared to other shoes I can find around me that are from fast fashion/fewer quality, and the people working there are super nice too! :)
It's my second time buying shoes from this shop and both times I've been super happy with what I've gotten, the shoes are super comfy too :)

Ordered shoes on 24th August, shipping took place two days later on 26th. Shoes arrived in the UK on 30th and show as “out for delivery” on the shipping since 31st. Still haven’t received my shoes and shipping information hasn’t changed since. Contacted shipping company on the 2nd September because I was concerned but they didn’t get back to me. Contacted bobos house on the 4th and only reply I got was asking how I would rate their help - which help though? I didn’t receive any help?
Haven’t heard from them since despite replying exactly that. It’s getting ridiculous and if I’ve not received my shoes by the 16th I will open a case on PayPal. Really thought the company was trustworthy due to the positive reviews on here but clearly was wrong. Should’ve known an Instagram ad wasn’t the place to buy shoes from…

Edit: I actually received email replies from bobos house they just ended up in my spam. The issue described has more to do with the shipping company used and they are working on sorting that. Will update my review again once I actually receive the shoes!

2nd Edit: I gave an ultimatum that I wanted my shoes by the end of September. Its now the 30th and I have yet to receive them. I can give them that I got a new shipping number which currently is in china prepping to be flown over to the UK so I will give them an extra week before going through paypal to get my money back if nothing arrives. But as it stands these shoes have to be absolutely mindblowing to rectify my negative experience here. Customer Service is slow to respond, even slower to action and not concerned at all with the fact that the shipping companies used are absolute garbage. I get that its not up to the retailer how the shipping company is but when you get negative feedback you should do better and find a different company to ship your products with because this is not it. Will update once shoes arrive or requested money back...

3rd edition; shoes arrived today on 5th October!
They arrived in a branded shoe box & tissue paper and are branded on the inside as well. After they took so long to arrive and reading other reviews I was worried about the quality but from my first impression they are fantastic quality and branded. I wasn’t able to find the same shoes anywhere else online either. They fit well and are really comfy too - from what I can tell they have high quality insoles for a comfortable fit.
Very excited to finally have them and wear them.
Final verdict: 4 stars for the company because the shoes are great and they did replace them when the shopping company lost them - although that process was slow and due to that and the hassle/anxiety it was until they got here I deducted one star. If you like the shoes and don’t mind potentially waiting over a month for them I can recommend them and I would consider buying from them again in the future - keeping in mind that orders may not arrive as quick as I would like them to 😁

I emailed them to change my shoe size and they were so kind, helpful, and quick to reply! But of course, the shoes were so cute and i got so many compliments. I'd only say I'd put comfortable souls in em so my feet dont hurt as much (bc my feet lowk a little flat) but omgg i love wearing them

Wowowow I freaking love these shoes!!! I bought a pair last year and they’re still AMAZING right now! I just bought two more last week and they’re even better. I 100% recommend getting these shoes because they’re so comfortable plus they’re cheaper than regular shoes and cuter!!

Cute comfortable true to size and kept me informed through out the shipping process. Maybe order a size or a half up if you use chunky socks though!

I loved that it was the exact same as the pictures, but my only issue was sizing. There weren’t in between options, which was fine, but there are no sizes for width outside of it being attached to a different length size. Unfortunately my left shoe’s width was too tight, so I have to get shoe wideners for it.

So far, I'm super happy I ordered them when I had the chance. The shoes are super cute with any outfit and they are comfortable to wear. I have no complaints about them and I will definitely be on the lookout for more to add to my collection.

Great shoes, so cute too! Came around the time that they said they would and really great quality. My only gripe is that the shoe sizing was a bit smaller than I thought it would be so my toes would touch the front part while my heels would lift a bit out of the shoe due to the mass chunkiness. But I got around that by tightening the laces more so overall still great shoes!

I accidentally put in the wrong address and they helped me fix it and they still came on time!! they were super helpful and friendly

I am absolutely thrilled with my platform trainers. They are exactly as advertised, and incredibly light, even though they are big and chunky. This company was suggested to me through Instagram, which makes me immediately dubious, as I've had very bad quality products as a result of this. But I can say with 100% honestly that Bobos house have surpassed and I really will continue to buy trainers from them.

The shoes I ordered are amazing, they are comfy, super funky, and a perfect fit! Very little delay in delivery, so I didn't have to wait long to receive them. I already have plans to buy another pair! 😆😆😆
