Super knowledgeable
Super knowledgeable, I popped in at the weekend for a new board & fins as I wasn’t sure what exactly I needed. Would definitely recommend heading to the shop if you’re in the area.

Great service!
I ordered a Bodyboard that is not being sold in the Netherlands. And shipping UK-NL is a big nuisance and expensive. Because I will attend a training weekend with Bodyboard Holidays in Newquay shortly both organisations connected and my coach of that weekend picked up the board recently. So when I am in Newquay I will have my board. Besides, I also received good buying advice. Thanks Dave!!! (and Damian being the receiver). I can not wait to Ride my new board….!!

Top knowledge and service
I’ve ordered a couple of boards now and have been really impressed. Delivery was very quick and with the second their knowledge on different boards was really helpful when choosing the right one. I would definitely recommend these guys

Very poor customer service.
I sent an email to them, which has never been answered, so I phoned and was told they would phone me straight back in a couple of minutes that was 2 days ago now. I've never had any dealings with them before and if my experience is a anything to go by their customer service is sadly lacking. The items I wanted were far cheaper online and that's where I got them from.

Initially great service, but.........
Spoke to David who was very helpful in assisting to choose boards, etc. When delivered 1 board had a impression in it because the boards had been packed with the leash's attached resulting in minor damage. Also one of the leash's was incorrect. Agreed a £20 refund with David for the damaged board, and for the leash's to be exchange. Exchange took place, but no £20 refund after 3 weeks (and chased twice). I would give 5 stars for initial service, but let down on the refund.

First class advice and service.
Excellent advice from a very knowledgeable and patient assistant. The board arrived earlier than expected, was well packaged, with the wrist strap and plug. This was a birthday present for my husband and he was delighted with it.
