Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. They say free returns on their website within 60 days, but they only give you a gift card to their company or store credit. They will not refund to your credit card.

We pride ourselves on helping our customers find the perfect fit, and for change of mind returns, as per our returns policy, we provide the option of a store credit or a gift card, valid for three years. To help with mindful returns, we also offer one (1) complimentary return per order, and additional returns of that same order are subject to a small restocking fee.

Horrible experience—I lost a significant amount of money. I genuinely don’t understand how this company has any positive reviews; they are misleading, and likely fake.
The company lures you in with free or reasonably priced shipping, but if you need to return an item due to sizing or fit, the return shipping cost triple! On top of that, they give no refund.
You have to accept store credit, and you’re forced to repeat the entire process and risk losing even more money. This kind of practice feels deceptive and should not be allowed. It’s essentially a bait-and-switch tactic, with policies that are not clearly disclosed upfront and that mislead customers into making purchases.
UPDATE: Bodycon did not help me- even thought their response makes it sound like they did. I ended up paying close to $100 for a dress that doesn't fit and didn't have tags on it when it arrived with no recourse. Do not use this company!!!

The dress I ordered was the incorrect size (too small). I have never returned anything to Bodycon but imagine by disgust that I had to pay £15 to return the item. I won't be doing that again! You don't get the option to get a refund so you have to order with them again! This is not acceptable. After I place my order I will not be ordering again from Bodycon.

It feels like a scam
It feels like a scam. They make it so difficult to return items back. I just paid for the pre-paid label and didn't receive it. Now they say they will look into it because it involves another department. We'll see how long they will take to get back to me. They have a deadline for me to return the dress and this is an international return.

I would give this place zero stars if…
I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. I ordered several dresses for an event so I could try them on, and when I reached out to ask when the rest of my split shipment would arrive, I also asked about their return policy. That is when they told me returns are only eligible for store credit within 60 days and pointed me to a note on their website.
It is 2026, and if an online store does not offer refunds to the original payment method, that should be displayed in huge, unavoidable text before you check out. Had I known, I never would have ordered from them, especially not multiple dresses to try on.
To make things worse, the quality is cheap, so everything is going back. Now I get to dispute the charge with my credit card company because this feels like a scam. I learned my lesson, and I hope you do not make the same mistake.

The materials, the customers support. Unfortunately you have to pay for return and shipping and discounts or credits don’t count for the shipping and is very unfortunate. Also I recommend to size up I wear 10/12 (M in any other shop) I had to reorder size XL.

I've really enjoyed purchasing dresses from this company. I discovered Bodycon Collection through a Google search for 'dresses for hourglass-shaped women.' It was the first site that appeared, and I've been a fan ever since. Every dress I've worn from Bodycon Collection has boosted my confidence, especially as I’m in my late 40s and experiencing menopause.
These dresses suit any body type. I've bought from other brands with cheaper fabrics, but Bodycon’s material is thick and doesn’t feel like fast fashion. Their customer service is outstanding; I’ve always received friendly, personalized responses. I'll keep ordering from Bodycon Collection for special events.
One tip for North American customers: remember that Bodycon Collection is based in Australia, so there might be some patience needed after placing an order. :)
