5 STAR FROM SHOPPING THROUGH DELIVERY!

Super thrilled about my purchase great sales easy checkout! Delivered on time and in a full coverage short my booty wasn't flattened it was lifted and smoothed out nicely ZERO ROLLDOWN which is a constant problem for me I'm middle heavy and 6 months post baby ...I wear these with everything and ! No temperature issues *down there* super breathable! Thank you bodysculptor!

Comfort & Control

Originally, I had issues with when or if I would receive my order and a lack of tracking. I finally received the order and the products are great. They are comfortable and controlling. I ordered more and will just be patient about the arrival.

Confidence Boost !!

What made my experience great was how I looked so snatched while wearing one of the body suits. This company is doing well by bringing back my own confidence.

Edited review (per manufacturers request) after refund was processed: Items run large, negating any “sculpting” potential. Items are not of great quality. I ordered something on Amazon for 1/2 the price and felt like it was the same. Be sure to read their return/exchange policy. Once you email them to let them know you’d like to do a return, you have to wait for their reply with a return address (7 hours which is not bad, but also why should I have to email at all…?), they do not pay for return shipping and you have to send them a copy of your tracking number once it’s shipped. The order must be returned within 60 days of the order date (my items were ordered 3/17, shipped 3/23 and received 4/5). Once the return was shipped ($15), it was accepted very quickly (within 10 days) and without issue. The manufacturer did offer me a gift card in the amount of the return shipping, which I declined. I didn’t address the wrongly sized item as I was so disappointed in the other items that it seemed like a moot point as I certainly wasn’t exchanging it at that point. All of that being said, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe the product just didn’t work for my body type (5’6”, 140lbs, athletic build; sizes ordered were smalls and one medium (received a large), the customer service and service recovery was very good, but in my opinion, in the world that we live in nowadays, a return shouldn’t be so difficult, nor should we be paying so much for something that’s not going to make us feel amazing (could be said about thousands of things, not just this company or product!).

Original review: If I could give it less that 1 star, I would. The items are not true to size (they run large, negating any “sculpting” potential), nor did I even get all of the correct sizes that I ordered. Items are also very cheaply made and are of poor quality. It took close to a month from ordering to receive my items and then they make it close to impossible to return or exchange items; first you have to email them to tell them you want to return, then wait for their response (48 hours). They don’t/won’t send return shipping label nor do they pay for return shipping. You have to send them a copy of your tracking number once it’s shipped and then they must receive and process the return within 60 days of ordering. I’m shipping it today…we’ll see if I even get a refund. Wish I would’ve searched for some reviews before buying. I hope this stops someone from buying this product!!! Waste of money!!!!

Bad Experience

Products are not true to size and I ordered a size larger than usual. I want to return it but they want me to pay for the return. Not acceptable. Horrible customer service.

Last fall I ordered a bra and tried…

Last fall I ordered a bra and tried several times to resolve the issue of not fitting.
I still have the bra but, of course can’t wear it.
I found it in a drawer the other day and wondered if anyone could help with the situation.

We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with the bra you purchased from us last fall. As you know, we have a 24/7 support team that handles each case with care, and we're always happy to help our customers find the right fit.

As per our policies, if we sent the wrong size, we would cover the costs at no extra charge to the customer. If we sent the correct size and it does not fit, the customer would be responsible for the shipping fee. These policies have been in place and accepted by our customers for the past 5 years. We even offer 60 days for exchanges. Double what most retail stores offer.

While we understand that you still have the bra and cannot wear it, we're not entirely sure what you're looking for help with at this time. We'd be happy to review your case again and see if there's anything we can do to assist you, but we need some more information from you in order to do so.

The fact that I was initially sent the wrong color and the problem was resolved quickly and painlessly by Joshie was fabulous! This item is for my wedding day and I am grateful I have it in time!

Wow!!!

I am a Cancer Survivor, and I've had plenty of surgeries, I went to a family gathering, and decided it was time to wear something a little fitted...well, I can say my husband saw me and he said WOW!!! I love that it was perfect, not tight, and hid all that I did not want to be seen..no saggy skin, from my surgeries, no cellulite visible in my behind!!! Will recommend 100%

It’s ok

The product is good material and I like that is has the rods but with my body it doesn’t go with me. I have a big butt and the back side of the faja doesn’t go all the way up to me bra line as I hoped. The compression, if it fit me well does work!!

Still waiting 10 days later

I ordered an item on November 19, 22. As of today December 01, 22 I still have yet to receive my package. Not only I have not received my package, USPS is still waiting on the package and there has been no movement since November 29th. I emailed the company and all I got was the carrier is taking forever, they had no warning and they switched carriers and to wait longer. I emailed again today and I get the same response from the first time the same exact message. I wish this issue would have been disclosed before I purchased my product.
