Why does this site pop up first when they are a scam! Do not click here. They steal 149 bucks as soon as you enter payment info before you even complete process!! And now they have my info!!!

Scam website. It looked like an official website but IT IS NOT. I cancelled the process in the middle when i realized it wasnt the official website for BOI but they charged me the fees anyway.

Scam website. Use at your own risk. They will not file your paperwork and will not refund your money. If you use this service you will be out $150 for filing a free document. This company is predatory.

Scam website, no one answers the phone number, you can file this for free at the .gov website. Avoid this website, they are collecting bank information here. They will not provide customer service by phone or by email, they will not cancel your order and 9 out of 10 times do not answer the phone even.
It is unfortunate that Google does not monitor this and this scam website shows up at the top of the results for BOIR, a new filing requirement.
