We recently had to rebuild our FiveM server environment from scratch, including the MariaDB service, and ServerPrism support was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
Fred from support responded quickly, explained what was happening, rebuilt the services when needed, preserved our backup, and helped us get the database and txAdmin working again. When we later found that the File Manager was showing an outdated view and some files were missing from the listing, they checked it, admitted it was an issue on their side, fixed it, and clearly explained where the active QBCore files and configuration were located.
What I appreciate most is the communication. They did not try to blame the customer or hide mistakes. When something was wrong, they said so, fixed it, and explained what had happened.
The panel itself is also very convenient for managing FiveM, databases, backups and files.
So far, this has genuinely been one of the best hosting support experiences we have had. Fast, friendly and actually willing to solve problems instead of sending generic replies.

I was so lost as to why I kept crashing, so I sent my log to Fred in support. He gave a detailed and quick reply which told me why it was happening, where I could spot the error msg, how to fix it and gave a step by step on fixing it. His explenations helped me understand very well! :D Then he offered to fix it for me, which I couldn't thank him enough for omg. It only took about 10minutes and everything was fixed. I fixed what I needed on my client side end easily with his detailed instructions. Now it works beautifully! The whole ordeal lasted less than half an hour, it was really efficient and well done. ServerPrism really does take support seriously! :D
