Blue size 12 springsuit
The colour and size of the wetsuit was fine. It was a bit loose around the neck but given it is a short summer suit this didn’t bother me. What did bother me was the rash I got from the stitching under both arms after only an hour surfing. I am left wondering if I can ever wear this as intended or if I will need to wear a rashie underneath it every time or glue tape to the seams myself. I sent feedback directly to the team. Not looking for a refund as I am keen to support Aussie businesses.

Hi Wendy,
I'm sorry the wetsuit wasn't the perfect fit for you. Given the looseness, it would have been best to try a different size before wearing it in the water. Sizing down would likely provide a better fit and reduce the gaping under the arms and around the neck, which would also prevent any chafing.
As per our correspondence, we do offer refunds on full price wetsuits and exchanges or credit notes on sale items to mitigate any sizing issues, but we cannot offer this once the wetsuit has been worn.
We really do appreciate you wanting to support Aussie businesses. At the same time, we wish we’d had the chance to help you before the suit was worn (we are always available to help) and the experience turned into a negative review for our small business.

I ordered my mistake the wrong size 3mm…
I ordered my mistake the wrong size 3mm suit. I think that happened as the website was not necessarily easy to navigate. However Bolde have offered to exchange the suit which is great given it was on sale. I will wait to see how that transaction goes before I make further comments

Amazing customer service experience. Super friendly to chat with, really quick to get my order out on time. Love my wetsuit so much, the colours are gorgeous - it's the blue 5mm wetty. Amazing doggy wetsuit
We bought our pug one of Bolde’s doggy wetsuits and it’s beautiful! Such amazing detail has been thought out to ensure it fits your pup. It’s lightweight, true to the size chart online, stunning colours and very comfortable. Our puppy learned how to swim so quickly because it’s an effective tool to support him in the water. The grab handle on his back is helpful to guide or rescue them if they’re in trouble. He loves his little life jacket and always looks forward to going swimming. The best on the market!

I was looking at these wetsuits and was delighted when they went on sale!!! What a gorgeous wetsuit.
The order was easy. Communication was great (upon order, when it was being sent and expected arrival). Fit is perfect (so wonderful for my wide shoulders/ bust).

Loved the 5 mm steamer so much had to buy a springsuit too!
I purchased the 5 mm steamer and loved it so much had to get a springsuit as well! Helped they were half price, these are high quality, beautiful wetsuits, customer service has also been amazing. Love supporting Australian businesses too!

Great prices and service!
I got such a good deal on their wetsuit sale so also decided to order a mask and snorkel set with the money I saved.
I had trouble ordering to an international address but the customer service on the online chat was so good and I was able to do a bank transfer instead. Looking forward to my products arriving after seeing all of their previous good reviews!

Great fit incredible service
I have both a full length wetsuit that I bought a year or two ago and just now bought the 2mm spring suit. The fabric is amazing both in colour and quality. They are super comfortable to wear and as I have curves they fit 100% better than the standard wetsuits on the market… Amanda is amazing and the customer support/ service is above and beyond expectations… definitely recommend these products!

Fast shipping and delivery. Mask and snorkel is great quality and is super comfortable. Flippers are also super comfortable and great for diving.

Love my springsuit! Got it for a dive trip to Maldives and it was perfect. Easy to get on. Good quality. Epic design. Will definitely be back next time when I need a full length :)
