It took a very long time to get the…
It took a very long time to get the stock initially. We chased the delivery and was supplied with a consignment number along with my name signing for delivery. I spent a long time looking for the stock thinking that I put it up somewhere without realising. When I asked IBC to check with their courier service, they came back to me saying that they never sent the stock in the first place which was not only an utter waste of company time, but my time also.
Though we will be continuing to do business with you as our customers like your products, this was not a very good first impression.
