Placed an order that went wrong because I logged in with my yahoo account, because that was an option, and this confused them.

They called me 3x to verify information for a under 1000 purchase, ultimately asking for me to email them a picture of my photo ID. This was after payment was processed. I refused for security reasons and asked for the order to be cancelled.

Several weeks later, I'm wondering why I haven't gotten a refund. I'd called a couple of times with meh results. I called again, 4th time, this time choosing the "VIP" agent. She needed me to explain the situation, saying that my order was credited the same day I asked for it to be cancelled. She said itd take an hour to hear back from the finance dept.

She asked me if I called my bank, which is frankly a rediculous request. I have online banking for 30 years, why would i CALL MY BANK?

I do a chargeback request with my bank. Next day, miraculously, I get a refund from BOLD.

I would definitely buy again

Bad Shipping practices. They never let you know when the order ships, no email, and they ship using FedEx, which also gives no notifications through email,so im basically left in the dark not knowing when packages are supposed to come. I've had a package missing because of FedEx coming and just leaving notes saying they attempted a delivery. Fix your terrible Shipping practices!
