Delicious healthy shakes. I like most flavours but strawberry is my fav! A banana one would be good! Great communication, good updates about upcoming deliveries, and they make it very easy to pause and change orders. Appreciate the clear and transparent pricing and payment updates. Very trustworthy and reliable company from start to finish.

I ordered a box of 12 on Sunday, it arrived Wednesday, really well packaged as always. Great quality, great service.

The delivery was very quick. I ordered the strawberry for myself and the chocolate one for my daughter. I do like they fill you up as once I finished the bottle. I don’t need to eat for the rest of the day.

I love the Bol Power Shakes, they’re ideal when I’m in a rush or just dont feel like preparing a nutritious meal and I know I’m still getting a good amount of oroyand fibre. They also taste great with no gritty bits in.

The taste of every Bol shakes I've had to date are really good. I am wanting a complete meal including fibre so pleased it's included, including the good amount of protein. I feel satisfied for about 3 hours after.
I have a subscription which works well and like having enough to keep me going for lunches at work but enough that I can grab one if I'm on the run at breakfast. Very easy, tasty, well priced and healthy. Fantastic!!

I love thai food so thought I'd give this a try. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything positive to say. Horrible thick texture, unlike real thai curry. Pretty tasteless as it's lacking in so many of the wonderful flavours usually found in thai food. For any big fans of thai food, I think you'll find it quite an unpleasant eat to be honest.

Placed an order with these as I wanted an alternative to Huel flavours and I had tried the odd bottle from Tesco which I didn’t mind.
I did a bulk order of 24 bottles.
Of the 8 I have opened, only 1 of them has been near edible.
3 of the first 4 bottles were lumpy, would not come of the bottle even when squeezing, and when it finally did, it looked and smelt like sour vomit. The product was clearly off.
I contacted the company and was told they could sort out a refund for the affected bottles. I assumed that meant, I’d have to contact them in 16 days when I’d got through the others to let them know how many were bad.
However the next day, I opened one which wasn’t lumpy and was clear like it should be but I wasn’t sure if it tasted right, I was later ill.
I contacted the company again, sending a video of how the bad ones poured and pictures of the lumpy product, requesting a refund for the bad bottles and to return the rest.
I got no reply, so I tried again and still got no reply. Therefore, 48 hours ago, I tried one final email giving them 48 hours to get back to me or I would raise a claim with my payment provider and leave a bad review, hence this review… still no reply. I have had now had to raise a claim with my credit card.

***Edit, they have replied generically below stating the customer service team have now reached out to me. They have not. Nor have they replied to any emails in the last 2 weeks. The claim is now with my back.
