Bolt Boxes Avis 

Also had this site attempt to charge my card $879.09 Aug 2nd at 4:42 pm. Was also blocked by my card luckily. Weird to see that the same happened to others today. Cash app clearly states it was attempted on boltboxes.com -- site attempted to have my review removed 8/3/23

Bolt Boxes was fantastic!! We were getting ready to launch a new business and wanted custom mailer boxes. We spent a lot of time with other companies that were much more expensive for a sub-par box or they were all offshore and would take months to arrive. We were very happy to have found Bolt. Their customer service, attentiveness and quality of boxes exceeded our expectations. So lucky to partner with them on our new venture!

We needed boxes at a very particular dimension to be able to ship test materials with an odd geometry. Anna Figueroa at Boltboxes not only accommodated our request but also ensured the boxes would arrive at our facility right when we needed them. We will definitely be looking to Boltboxes for our future packaging needs and look forward to working with Anna again!

Our sales associate, Anna, was quick to catch that the boxes we thought we wanted really wouldn't hold up to the task at hand and customized the order for us on a much better-designed box for the same general price range. Excellent customer service!

When our boxes arrived, the shipping company damaged several of the boxes. We reported the issue to Bolt Boxes and they quickly resolved the issue for us. Once again, excellent customer service!

Our business is the creation of art lighting in a variety of sizes. We hand paint on glass in in sizes up to 60" diameter. Sturdy packaging and safe transportation are critical.

Anna is a certified rock star. She was always on the ball with me - she quickly responded to my emails and was available to hop on a call when a longer conversation was needed. While she deserves a lot of praise, her production team deserves a shout out as well. We came to them with an extremely rough idea and their sample production made us realize we were underestimating their skills. So, we dreamed bigger and by the second production we were blown away by what they came up with. We know we were a small client to them but their availability and attention to detail throughout the project made us feel valued. Hoping client approves us to get more of these boxes in the queue in the coming months!
