Dangerous products and lack of customers needs awareness
Makes it so difficult to place a return order. Firstly having to chat with a chatbot which is not really a chatbot, but a "menu list" with hidden options. Feels so stressful! Then having to call, then send emails because you make it hard for the customer to be heard. You don't care about customers needs (which is really bad for business, but I guess you are less fortunate). And then you listed FABINI, a czech company which is not a manufacturer, but someone who buys really cheap products from no name chinese manufacturers and sell it as a premium brand under the FABINI logo. An illegal pan that l've bought because it contains PFOA.
When I told you about this issue, you actually had the guts to lie to me! You sent me a screenshot of the european law on cooking pans safety. But that doesn't prove anything!!!!! Disgusting!
