I ordered a portrait for my daughter of her little dog who she just lost to a illness. It is beautiful and he looks like a little angel. I was very happy with the great customer service and the speed of receiving the portrait. I have not given it to her yet and am sure she will love it as much as I do. Absolutely love my portrait of our 7 month old, Old English Sheepdog puppy. It was so easy to upload different pictures of her and choosing the different backgrounds. I just couldn’t be happier. Her portrait is hanging in my office and makes me smile every single day. I would have ordered more poses but have no place to hang them. Poor communication from the first order I placed. I was getting emails saying my order was still in my cart. Thinking I forgot to order it I went to my cart and finished the order. I received a duplicate order within days of receiving my first order. I'm waiting for them to respond to voicemails and emails.

I sent a picture of our two cats — the last ones we will ever have, at our ages. Without my even asking they moved Ava a smidgen to the left so her ear didn’t cover some of Mikey’s nose; I didn’t even notice they did that improvement until I compared it to the photo. A few other little tweaks to the background done fast and accurately, and the finished project arrived in time for my sweet husband’s 91st birthday this weekend. I found it stunning. He was in tears. Beautiful work. There are other companies who do this sort of thing but this was truly outstanding. Thank you so much.

Order the art work and the team was great making sure we were happy with the colors and lay out. They were very responsive and helped us in considerations on the space and colors. Production was fast and efficient. Turnaround time was 10 days from order finalization to delivery. We love the painting and it fits perfectly in the space.

This is my first time using this company for a pet memorial. I absolutely loved that i could choose different styles & my own color selections so it was a more personal gift for my brother. Everything was top notch & the portrait was perfect. I actually wanted to use a different version than the one I marke in my order & they were able to make the change with no issues at all. I have a dog who is literally my best friend & may not be with me much longer. I like the draft of the one I want for him so much, I am going to go ahead & order it now so I can enjoy it before it makes me sad.
