I absolutely love Bondi Pilates . I started mid Feb and the classes have helped me so much with my sciatica ! The classes are something I look forward to each week . When I first started I didn’t think I would love it as much as I do !
The atmosphere is fantastic and the instructors are absolutely brilliant.
I would 100% recommend .

BondiPilatesCo ka experience bohat hi positive raha. Studio clean aur welcoming hai, aur instructors bohat professional aur supportive hain. Classes well structured hoti hain aur workout ke baad real difference feel hota hai.

No instructions provided for the "NEW" reformer bands, which have velcro ankle straps. Can't find any suitable videos anywhere else as all videos are aimed at the traditional pilates reformer bands (four handled ones).

Also never received instructions for shoulder rehab equipment.

AVOID. DO NOT BUY! The product once finally arrived not worth the money or wait. Customer service by Sharna McDonald nothing but RUDE.

If I could give this a Zero I would! Not like what is pictured in advertising. Cheap from China!!! Sharna Macdonald was not helpful at all!!! Avoid at all cost! Buyer beware

It arrived from China - no box and not at all like pictures!
This looks like one I could have got for £9.99 on eBay or less!
Awaiting explanation for days and needless to say - no reply to my emails now they have my money!
This one is not justified for the additional money they charge!

Item did not arrive and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my almost 60 years. A person called Sharna Macdonald resorted to name calling when I asked for a refund as no delivery. Avoid this company at all costs. Delivery is from China and not Australia. Most unprofessional and not worth wasting your time and money on this company.

The Bondi Pilates reformer tool is great! Perfect for replicating exercises from a studio machine, and you can take it anywhere!

I’ve really enjoyed using the straps , building up strength by the day! More online workouts would be fab as it’s really helping. Even noticed some slight definition in my shoulders after 1 week :))

The bands have been fantastic! I have even taken them on holiday as so portable! My elderly mother in law has also started using them too!

So similar to a reformer. My go to for an intermediate/ advanced workout. The videos are perfect too.
I tell all my friends about them!

I have just ordered my first pilates reformer bands after reading rave reviews on their website.
The buying experience was seamless and they even sent me a discount code to use, which I thought was wonderful of them.
I'm looking forward to using them in the near future and will report back once I've used them properly.

I bought these bands having been taken in by the online adverts. According to the company they came with a guarantee of a no quibble refund if I wasn’t happy with them.
I wasn’t happy with them! The handles were uncomfortable to hold, and I didn’t have enough upper body strength to stabilise myself while trying to use them.
I have sent four emails so far, explaining why I wanted to return them and requesting a refund. I have not had any response whatsoever.
I strongly advise anyone considering buying the Bondi Pilates Reformer bands NOT TO! Save your hard earned money. I feel I have been scammed.

yet to receive anything. Bondi Pilates, think you're buying Australian and its getting shipped from China. Early days, I might be surprised. Fingers crossed.

If I had of known it's coming from China, I might have gone elsewhere.

Happy with the product but very annoyed about the customer service. I emailed to find out more about the online video classes that come with the band I bought. The customer service rep Sharna Macdonald told me this: - Hi Eddie

There are over 90 minutes worth of videos for the reformer bands which is plenty enough for something that's free

And that was all... how rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this company for that reason alone.

Very disappointed. Poor quality product, cheap and nasty. Doesn't look safe to use. The packing was flimsy, small slip of paper with no company address details or instructions for use.
Screams fake, scam.
Would I recommend? Definitely not!!!
