I had a bicycle accident in February…
I had a bicycle accident in February 2025 whereby a foreign white van rolled on my nearly new (expensive) specialized road bike. It took 15 months to get paid by the adverse party who was at fault. It was frustrating to say the least but Portia at Bond and Turner was a solid ally and fought my corner. We got there in the end. Would recommend them in general and Portia Dean specifically

on professional and useless 
My case took more than 3 years , the only job they did was asking for all my bank details, even they had more than me information about my account. I had very strong case but at the end they just paid me 2k and took the rest for gods know who and only because I trusted them and they could do anything because I gave them access. They closed my case without my permission so I couldn’t do anything else. Also they changed over 8 case worker and 2 solicitors
Don’t and I repeat DON’T TRUST THEM.

I couldn't fault the service as a solicitor myself
I couldn't fault the service. As a solicitor myself and a partner of another firm, practicing in a different field of law, the work undertaken on my personal injury claim was excellent.
People often complain about the delays. Unfortunately that is the nature of our court system, the legal process and insurance companies taking every day and delay possible. As lawyers we cannot do anything about that and it is incredibly frustrating. Yes it took a long time, nearly a year, but that is the fault of the system and the other side.
Bond Turner were always approachable and provided an excellent service and result.

Very professional with great progress…
Very professional with great progress communication. Bond Turner took care of a process that I doubt I couldn't have navigated myself. It certainly would have taken me longer been more stressful and likely a reached a much lower settlement if I'd taken on this myself. Well worth the commission (no win no fee) to sort all of this for me. For context I was a Cyclist hit by a driver who admitted fault referred via CAMS to deal with the drivers insurance company on my behalf for damages to bike/equipment and personal injury.

Stop trying to silence the truth!!!!
After my last review I posted, (take a look if you haven’t read) yesterday I received an email from Bond Turner. In the email they detail their stance on why they will not release my files unless they receive a substantial amount of money. At the very end of the email. Bond turner quotes “ We further note you have now left a total of 3 negative reviews about this firm which are inaccurate. Should you continue to leave further inaccurate negative reviews about this firm then we will look to take further action against you.” So now let’s add intimidation/bullying tactics to Bond turners CV against former Clients, and Bond turner please tell me I’m inaccurate about this information I’ll have your email screenshotted and blasted on social media so quick you gonna wish to of never entered this battle with me. I will not stop until I have my files at a low cost rate or you get the landlord to cover the rest of expenses you claim is being owed, but don’t you dare think threatening me with legal action is gonna make me wilt. I dare you to take legal action now, as according to you this will be my 4th inaccurate negative review according to Bond turner. They are currently and desperately trying to shut my reviews down but I have proof of everything I’m writing. If they continue to stop me from speaking the truth. I will start sharing my proof on other social media platforms that could go viral. Let them continue to play games!!!! They’re going to find out what I’m legally capable off.
