Fantastic construction. The assembly exhibits a very high grade, and the fabric selection is excellent.

Twice I trusted them, they delivered better than expected. Once I had to return an item ( wrong size, my bad), they were more than helpful.

The shirts do not match the images online. The colors are not true to the images and the patterns are pixelated.

Very bad quality - faded colors and over sized. Looks like they put wrong size stickers.

Two months ago I left an honest, accurate 3-star review of my experience with a Bonlax shirt order. Today I got an email from what looks like this company offering to refund my money if I delete my review! If zero stars were an option, I'd select it.

I bought two shirts this summer and love both of them. I've received lot of compliments on both shirts.

At least 3 (if not more) have not arrived. Otherwise everything is OK.

Excellent clothing material, good fitting and good color

I've been trying to return 3 shirts for about a month now. The response I get from Bonlax is it's too expensive to go through customs so they're offering me a partial credit on my order because of their issue. It doesn't make sense. Their return address is in Rancho Cucamonga, ca & I'm in Costa Mesa, ca?
I'm going to try them again. Last time no one answered the phone.
Just tried again and no answer.

Cheap junk. Misleading sizing and difficult to get a refund.

Item arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I expected.

The shirts I ordered are great! The tracking/wait-time for delivery is not so great.

The real reason I bought shirts was the interesting patterns I saw. Not the run-of-the-mill Hawaiian patterns. Very cool!

A second visit, very nice store

Collar not as advertised. I will be returning the shirt. Also, a 3-week delivery time is unacceptable in this day and age.

It's a scam. They say you can return clothes but you can't. Ad said "30 day guarantee" but they just offered $10 back and to "keep the shirt". Shirt does not look like the photos.

Beware.
First, medium size shirt I received measured 24 inches across. It was enormous. I brought this to their attention. Their response ignored this and talked about my “preferences” and suggested I measure more carefully. I used to sell suits, so this made me laugh. I normally wear a large and purchased a medium.
Second, returns or exchanges have to be shipped back to Hong Kong, at the buyer’s expense, even when they’re not sized properly.
Third, their solution was to offer me a 20 percent discount. I shared that I was uncomfortable ordering a size small shirt, when I wear a large. Then they offered me 25 percent off. 🙄
The shirt is beautiful. I did plan to buy a few other patterns.
Bonlax does not stand behind their product and I wonder if I got a shirt who’s size was mislabeled.
They also seem to only make positive reviews visible on their website. Mine is nowhere to be found.

I was really surprised by the quality of the materials. The shirt, stitching, and buttons are all high quality. This is a shirt that you can wash on delicate cycle and then throw directly on a hanger for air drying and it will be perfect with no wrinkles. The fit is as expected. This shirt is a winner!
