I was thoroughly impressed with this experience. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was quick. The product is of truly superior quality.

I have been ordering hair units from Bono Hair for the past few years, and lately, I have been experiencing a very frustrating situation.

I ordered two units with their hair technician at the beginning of this year, 2025, and they took too long to come. I purposely ordered them in advance of my June trip so they arrive in time for me to cut one and wear it before I leave.

The two units I received were of different quality. I told their technician multiple times and sent lots of photos and videos to show the difference in quality between the two, but she kept telling me the quality was the same.
After 1 month of trying one of them, the unit lost a lot of hair, and the technician finally agreed to take it back when I sent photos of its condition so the factory could check the quality. I sent it back and kept asking for an update for months, until I heard back on September 4th that they would send me a new one and that it would take 8 weeks to arrive.

I reached out after those 8 weeks for an update, but she had been ignoring my WhatsApp messages for a month until they saw my review. I desperately need a new one because the unit I am using now has lost a lot of hair, too, and I need to replace it. Don't know why I need to keep following up with them all the time — it feels like begging.

I paid for the unit, and I did not receive a replacement for the one I returned. 12 weeks, and I did not hear anything, even though I was told the new one would arrive in 8 weeks.

I finally received the new unit on December 16, and their excuse was that they had made the wrong one. Well, the new one is entirely different from what I usually order! Less grey hair, even though I specified and requested 50% grey, it came with less than 40%
The unit is very dense and has wavy hair, unlike what I usually get, which is straight. Yes, I asked for a bit more hair in the crown, but they sent me one that is very dense.

I am very disappointed as I feel that they ignore requests and lose track of their orders. I lost trust in this company, and I don't think I will order from them again. I also don't recommend anyone buy from them.

Firstly I purchased 2 x 100% virgin European hair system. Transaction was easy and I got the items quickly. On arrival they proved to only be 70 to 80% density. I complained and was told they were the previous model and to send back at my cost to have them exchanged for the current one. I kept one as I desperately needed a new one. I did a strand test and it proved to be virgin hair. On cutting though the hair stood out dramatically with crazy root lift. It proved unwearable. When the new system arrived the density was correct, but the test strand would only decolour using bleach and came down to a dirty greenish blond proving it to be coloured and not virgin hair. I feel totally ripped off. Do not trust this company. In my opinion they are not honest.

I don't believe the people that work here are serious. I've been interested in trying their product, since 2021, and have been unsuccessful all this time. I was dealing with a female that name begins with an "A" throughout, and her lackluster attitude is beyond lazy. She had no interest in wanting to help, so she is a business killer, and then assumed I wasn't wholesale, or wouldn't be buying enough, I'm not sure what her issue was there, as she assumed this completely on her own. ordered a system 80 per cent density and was sent an unwearable system with hardly any hair . furthermore customer services were not interested leaving me out of pocket and never had i received such low quality system and such a shameful non caring customer service. watch out
