Fantastic Bookaby booking system :-)

I have been using the Bookaby booking system for my toddler classes and 1-1 music tuition for the last 2 years and I have to say it is absolutely brilliant!!

I can easily set up my classes for the public to book on and also create links for my private pupils that can be sent via text message.

The system is very easy to use, very well organised and sends me emails and a timetable with all my bookings on.

Steph who runs the app is very friendly and has helped me straight away whenever I have needed further guidance. I have never had to wait long for her to reply to my emails and she always goes above and beyond.

I highly recommend this app to anyone who has set up their own business. I feel the price is very good value for money too.

Bookaby is definitely the way to go

I have been with Bookaby for 2 years now for my small business in the children's activity sector, and I can't recommend them enough. The service has been outstanding, and the platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage bookings and customer interactions.

One of the standout aspects of Bookaby exceptional customer support. Steff has personally assisted me on numerous occasions, no matter what day it is. Her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond have been invaluable to my business.

Highly recommend Bookaby

Highly recommend Bookaby. It's very user-friendly and flexible, and has been great for our rather complicated booking needs. Steff is exceptionally helpful - he gets back to us quickly, answering any questions throughly and always seeking to find solutions to any challenges.

Bookaby used by a running club

We have used bookaby for all our run bookings for the past 2 years. Although we don’t use lots of the child centric functionality it is configurable enough to suit our needs. It handles the complexities around terms and conditions and data privacy for us. It puts us in control of cancellations.
We have also used it for ticketing- which has required some manual workarounds around race bookings so that multiple ticket purchases capture all the runner data required.
It has never lost our data. It has never been unreliable.
When we have had to ask for guidance the response has been quick and to the point-although online help is now pretty extensive.

Really supportive system

The free trial of the system is really useful to get your head round it and the online support is available when needed. They reply quickly to any queries and have been amazing at helping to integrate the system how I wanted it into my website

Lacking support and didn’t give me faith as a business

Wanted to use bookaby as seemed like a great solution for my new business but despite continual emails it became difficult to test it without paying when I was uncertain what level I’d need. We hadn’t opened yet so didn’t want to pay for a full package in case that’s not what I needed and could only get a free demo for one week, which when you haven’t opened and don’t get more than an hour to sit and test just wasn’t enough. The platform needs better support and to be more proactive to show a demo in a live call to make this work as continually referring people to a website didn’t work for everyone and won’t help you form good relationships with businesses who need to put their trust in you. Gave up in the end and went with something that cost more just to get better support and reliability

We're saddened by receiving this review. As you can see from our other reviews, our service is typically viewed as outstanding.

To address the points in your review...
- You mention that you had a one week trial period, which is incorrect. All new accounts receive a two-week free trial as standard. You contacted us letting us know that you hadn't yet had chance to explore the system, and we extended your trial period by another week. If you needed more time after that, we would of course have extended it further as we understand that people can be busy and it takes time to appreciate the capabilities of a new system. We really feel as though this is an unfair criticism of our service.
- We're very proud of the level of support we offer our customers. We exchanged multiple emails, and emails we received from you during support hours were usually responded to within 20 minutes. Emails we received in the evening were responded to the very next morning.
- We have excellent relationships with our customers, as you can see from our other reviews.
- We're a small team, and as such usually reserve live demos to franchises, as it takes a long time to prep each one. We're always on hand to offer help and advice over email or our instant chat via the website, as mentioned in our correspondence with you, however we'll take your viewpoint onboard.
- You mention reliability, however as you used the system for less than a week during your extended free trial, we can't see that you had chance to experience just how reliable we are as a service.

Taking these points into consideration, we really hope that you can reconsider your rating of Bookaby.

Bookaby is by far the best system I…

Bookaby is by far the best system I have found to manage my booking system. We run a gymnastics club inclusive of holiday clubs. Steff is always on email helping when you get stuck. I dont have a bad word to say about bookaby, it is such a brilliant platform.Would highly recommend.

An awesome app and awesome support. Five Stars!

We spent quite a while looking for a booking system for our children's Gymnastics business. So many did half the job and we thought we'd never find something that did enough to make it worthwhile. Things like trial bookings, sibling discounts, passwords on collection, health and welfare questions, emergency contacts, groups of sessions becoming terms of age specific classes and our stressful waiting list. Bookaby does it all and more. We bit the bullet and added Stripe and although it costs us more than our old way of collecting fees, it has meant that we save so much time. Best of all - the support from Steff. Set up was relatively simple but where we needed help he was on hand within hours, even on a Sunday! So much so that our complicated rules and two terms worth of classes were set up and live within days, all inside the free trial period so that we could test before committing.

If you need a booking system, Bookaby is the one you should look at. Just an awesome app and awesome support. Five Stars

Simple and effective

I've demoed a few booking apps and this is the only one that I've found to be simple and intuitive. The interface is clean, and it has all the features I need to run my classes. Steff is super helpful and responsive, very impressed with his customer service! Very happy with Bookaby so far!

The Bookaby app is great

The Bookaby app is great. It is great that everything is stored in the app meaning I have saved time when it comes to filling out forms. Steff is super helpful and is quick to resolve any issues I may have. Customers have said the booking system is easy to follow. I have now got my head around making changes in the app, but even when stuck Steff has been super helpful.

I love using Bookaby

I love using Bookaby! The main thing it has done for me is to cut my admin time down dramatically, it took me some time to get to grips but the support is fantastic and Steff was there to talk me through every question (and I had a few haha) My customers all agree it was very quick and easy to make their bookings

I don't know how we managed without it!
I work in a youth setting that offers multiple clubs and groups, we need our users to be able to book sessions easily but more importantly share vital information with us about the children in our setting. The best thing about the app for us is that key health and safety information is readily at hand for the Staff members at each session, this has proved an invaluable resource for us. Signing children in and out of sessions is really easy and thanks to the functions of the app parents are able to let us know about any change in collection or any pick up passwords we need to be aware of.

The app is super easy to navigate and very user friendly. We have had fantastic customer service throughout and any queries or questions have been responded to promptly.

Highly recommended.

Bookaby Review *****

Bookaby is a super easy to use booking system, I don't know how I managed without it! Having bookaby massively reduces my admin load which is exactly what I was hoping for when investing in a booking system. Bookaby is a flexible booking system with lots of good features.
Steff provides an extremely high quality of customer care. Any quiries of mine have been responded to quickly, which is fab for a less tech friendly person like myself.
Customers have also commented on how easy and simple Bookaby is for them to book our classes via.

This is a great app!

This is a great app. It's easy to send the link to you customers to book into classes. It can link your website to for easy booking aswell.

Easy to follow when you set up & when you create new dates & times.

Quick communication & guidance from HQ if you need help & direction. Plus helpful when setting system up.

Easy to use, flexible booking system

Bookaby has saved me much time booking in clients to my yoga and birthing classes, which as a mum to two little ones is what I needed! I find it really easy to use and adapt to each class and course. Steff has been a great help too. I would certainly recommend.
