No Reply
Paid deposit for EPC on 30th December, didnt hear back until late February. However, Hakan did contact in Feb with apology and refunded my deposit immediately which was very fair.

Excellent, thorough and most importantly accurate EPC
Hakan was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process. I was advised to get our EPC updated by our energy provider and it turned out that there's an EPC registered on our address that seems to be for a completely different property we were unaware of! Hakan was thorough in his examination and asked for proof of the cavity insulation etc., which reassures me that not only is the new EPC for the actual house at this address (!) but it is completely accurate.
Very happy with the service from BookEPC, would recommend to anyone needing an EPC done.
