Still not recieved order over 2 weeks since placing. Not even had any confirmation of order. Customer service stated waiting for stock despite taking payment immediately. Furious as these were a gift for my 90 year old father. Lack of contact is shocking, you would expect to be notified if there was a problem or no stock. Will never use again

Brilliant books, but poor delivery...
Brilliant books, but delivery is really poor. Almost two weeks before the books arrived and I had ordered 13 books.
If bookhound can sort their fulfillment out they would get 5 stars.

Great value...poor service…
Update.... I have since had an apology by email and a full refund. It is just a shame they hadn’t sent out regular updates.
Great value for money but ridiculously slow service. Had ordered on 20th Oct for a Birthday on 28th Oct as delivery stated 5-7 days. Chased numerous times and finally received the order today (2nd Dec).
The only time I had any update was by emailing Bookhound. With such a delay in dispatch I would have expected them to contact me. Under the current circumstances I would have understood.
What a shame as, had I received them within the stated time then I would have been more than happy to have given 5 stars.

Not impressed with service
Not impressed with service. Ordered books on 31st October told books would be delivered in 5-7 days. contacted them 7 days later after no books being delivered said someone would contact me shortly still nothing after another 7 days contacted them again told me books might be sent out shortly by very rude woman, still no books but money taken out of my credit card, don't think I will be using them again very poor service

Very impressed!
Very impressed! So far I have ordered 2 'bundles' of 4 books from Bookhound. They are priced very reasonably, arrived within a few days and the books were excellent quality. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

I must say I’ve always wondered about these offers one sees in the press, but I thought I’d give Bookhound a go and am delighted. Brand new books by the authors I love, much cheaper than elsewhere and great delivery service to your door. I’ll be back for more!
