The customer support is very accommodating and will answer and help you promptly. I ordered 16x 24 charcoal painting as gift for my friend's wedding and exceeded my expectations. The painting is so detailed and really beautiful!

I'm happy with helpful customer service and quick DHL shipping. There is still improvement needed in communication between artist & customer service though. I ordered mixed medium on canvas but instead got water colored painting on paper.

My only complaint is the size isnt a size of a normal frame so I had to cut it down. Should be sizes that you can frame easily. This may be due to it coming from India but if you're selling to US so should offer US sizes.
