They promise a lot but don't deliver. At the start of April 2025, we signed an agreement, and money was paid to provide Editing and publishing. It's now September, and the person I had contact with, Megan Keith, is ghosting me

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously, and we understand your desire to see your book published quickly. We want to use this public reply to clarify the project timeline and address the single step needed for launch.

We began working on your project on April 8, 2025. Here is the verified timeline on our end:

Final Manuscript Ready: After receiving the full manuscript (which was delayed on your side), we completed the proofreading, editing, and formatting. Following the minor revisions you requested, your final book manuscript was completed and delivered for your approval on May 28, 2025.

Cover Finalization: We completed the cover design in June 2025. The cover was finalized by you on October 7, 2025, after you re engaged with us in September.

Book Fully Complete: The book is now fully completed and entirely ready for publication.

The only remaining step is the final launch. To complete the publication process, we require a One-Time Password (OTP) to access your Amazon KDP account. We have reached out multiple times for this essential security authorization, which is currently the only factor preventing the final launch of your book.

We need your immediate action to get your book published today!

Action Needed: Please check your email for the most recent OTP request and respond right away.

I have a music history, I wanted to write my book on it but didn't get a chance, I saw their ad on Instagram of ghostwriting, I contacted them, Johnson and Sarah helped me a lot to write my book, they took sessions, and turn the interviews into a book, I never imagined this happening like this, my manuscript is ready now, I will be publishing my book in next few months with a big release through them.

They helped me with translating my book into English, AI was changing the meaning of it, but they took 2 weeks for 200 pages book but did a perfect job.
