Excellent communication from day one right until delivery. Every step of the way Ethan (or Alex) let me know what was happening, made sure I understood the process, and kept me informed of next steps. I can't say enough positive about their attentiveness to my very small job.
What made my experience great is that I found this company on Facebook and decided to take a chance to see what they could do for me as a beginner writer. I think that I found the perfect company to work with, Mark, Alex, Noah and the rest of the staff was awesome they did not leave me hanging and was always on time in returning my calls or making it a point to contact me. This company will be the backbone behind my book. This is a blessing for them as well as myself. I hope that they keep up the good work.

The marketing of my book has been a disaster. No follow up . Dead line has since passed. You call Adam miller he doesn’t return calls. The publishing of my books went well but the marketing part has been a nightmare. My guess is that they are probably using off shore personal.
The new cover that Bookpublishersden.com designed for me is clean, professional, and perfectly aligned with my book’s message. The layout is modern, the typography is strong, and the color palette conveys trust and excellence. It visually captures the spirit of of the content that I will be adding soon. Communication with the editors Heidi Adams and Alex Miller was exceptional. I sent the material to them on March 21st, and on May 21st, just 2 months later, and after 48 emails back and forth which included my reading, and our discussions of all the necessary edits, the work was completed. I appreciate having been given the opportunity to see and discuss the edits, and changes were agreed on.
