Staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional

I really enjoyed my stay was a lovely oldie worldy place with beautiful surrounding. Thought food prices where on the high side e.g full english £18 and then egg on toast for £18 hence only had free continental, staff was very friendly

The setting was great .The hotel was run down (my opinion).The location was isolated. The staff in some areas was very untrained The service was poor.we left 2 nights early .

I have got as far as making an open booking for me to take up within the next 18 months. I spoke to Lucy and Thomas who were very patient and explained everything very clearly.

Clear information, easy booking process

For a start the surprise! All the people I spoke with were helpful, friendly and informative. Really made me enthuse about the prospect of a holiday break at one of the Karma hotels, and enjoy the surrounding area. Can't fault my experience with my booking in any way at all.

I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it was an enjoyable break, room wasn't the best but it was clean and very comfortable. Evening meals in the restaurant were very good, especially the steak, but the full English Breakfast certainly wasn't the best. Staff were excellent in every department in terms of friendliness, but the young staff in the restaurant for breakfast, need to check that continental options are kept available & bar staff need training on how to pull a pint.

We had the opportunity to spend four nights at the Karma Salford Hall, a romantic manor in the countryside.
The welcome was immediately pleasant. After having parked inside the park, we had a light lunch at The Tempest's beautiful garden, the pub inside the hotel. The room, located in the main building had a perfectly renovated and clean bathroom with a bathtub. From the window, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets.
The breakfast buffet is very rich and suitable for all tastes, but it is also possible to order à la carte. The location is perfect, close to Broadway and Stratford upon Avon, and within half an hour or an hour's drive at the most, it allows you to reach all the most beautiful villages in the Cotswolds. In the evening we had dinner at the hotel with a rich vegetarian and meat/fish menu. The service is always very attentive and friendly. We spent a couple of evenings in the games room with billiards and darts.

We had a great stay at a great hotel and would certainly use them again thankyou.

Everything about this company is excellent, there customer service, there explanation about how things work and not forgetting there friendliness was over and beyond.

Booksibreaks arranged our stay at Karma Salford Hall near Evesham. They handled everything from finding a suitable date to taking care of our payments. However, they did forget to tell the hotel we were bringing our dog! Fortunately it was possible for the room to be changed to a dog friendly one! One small detail missed could have ruined our stay. Thankfully the hotel staff were amazing.

beautiful hotel and surroundings, food was ok but very expensive, and the first breakfast I bought was so overcooked, I had to leave the bacon, which is a first, I like crispy bacon, but this was inedible, and only the streaky part of the rasher, no full rasher. The room was nice, but the mattress needed changing. It is in an excellent location, with many intersting places nearby.

The accommodation was fantastic. Lovely room with ensuite bathroom and king-size bed. Hotel was set in beautiful grounds and the staff were very polite and friendly. A perfect relaxing stay.

We had an amazing time in a beautiful location, on a lake on Scotland. The hotel is old but under new management. The staff were really good and very friendly. We were very lucky with the weather.
Booking couldn't have been easier and we even had a welcome email a couple of days before we got there offering assistance with finding activities.

This is my 1st break, arranged through this company, and last, it was supposed to be Stirlingshire scotland. I printed off confirmation and it's for Warwickshire England, it gets worse because, I have phoned twice, to be disconnected the first time, when I called back again the say it's Internet calling, that would be the problem. Got a call after 1hr, to be told I agreed to go to England, NO I DIDN'T, and the original place will be closed at this time. Not reliable or trustworthy
I have recently been contacted by Booksibreaks, so this is an update on my experience, I have received an apology, and offered a break, at their cost as a goodwill gesture, and received a full refund. The person who contacted me was very professional and understanding, explained to me that there must have been a human error, I am booked for April next year, so hopefully all will go well, and I shall update again at that point.

Cleanliness could have been better,rooms adequate but not great.
On the plus side meals were excellent and the staff superb

We had a fantastic stay at Salford Hall. The accommodation was lovely and the staff really helpful and welcoming. We dined in the restaurant, the food was excellent and we loved the jukebox in the library.
