Chislehurst Caves Book
My initial contact from Books Publisher UK came from Brian Fredrick, Sr Marketing & Publishing consultant, who sent me a proposal of the service that Books Publisher could offer me.
After accepting Brian’s suggestion, I was immediately put in touch with David Cooper, Senior Project Consultant (Publishing & Promotion), who introduced me to the Basecamp site, via which messages could be sent and received.
My project was then forwarded to Tanya Rose, Project Manager, Books Publisher, who will act as my liaison until my project is concluded.
Having no previous experience of the publishing world, I did not know what to expect. I found the speed at which I was introduced to the various members of the team assisting me, very professional and reassuring that something was happening. I have been given frequent progress reports of every step and regularly sent details of the development.
With my project conclusion in site, I am astonished at the amount that has been achieved in such a short time period.
My opinion of Books Publisher is that I have rarely encountered such professionalism and passion in a team.
