Book Your Plumber Ltd Avis

Mixed experience. Reasonably priced & the plumber was professional but there's been an unnerving leaking sound since he left. He returned to check it out but couldn't solve the issue and it's still happening now.

There has never been a dripping sound prior to the visit, it began a few hours after the plumber left, so it very much is connected to the work. As I said, nice guy but I've been left with another issue to resolve.

Excellent service! The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the issues, and fixed everything efficiently. Very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. The work was done neatly with great attention to detail. Highly recommend for any home plumbing repairs.

Game out at relative short notice and sorted an issue with a shower base leaking, had to go in through the ceiling in the room below, made minimum mess aswell. No complaints at all. Have used a few times due to this.

Great job, thanks. Tidy work and attention to detail. Told me all the right knowledge to understand my emergency plumbing problem. Pipe was leaking and was apparently about to burst as was aged etc , I left it the night dripping considerably and was fixed when I arranged an appointment overnight. Cracking work, friendly service and nice chap. Very reasonable cost considering the predicament and advice.

Great service. I contacted plumber by phone regarding a leak from a washing machine. He arranged to come out the following morning. He arrived on time, fixed the leak, checked the hoses and fixed a second leak in the outlet pipe, that I was unaware of. Call out charge plus cost of parts was very reasonable. First class service, I would recommend and use again.

Exceptional from contact to completion of the work. On time. fair price, excellent communication and workmanship. I would highly recommend Chris and will use again should the need arise. Work completed - fitted a new basin tap, removed a broken waste disposal and replaced the kitchen waste pipes and fixed a leak on a vanity unit. Thank you again.

The plumber arrived on time and prior the visit gave me an estimated time for the repair. Very happy with the service and advice given to me.

Excellent service. We have used Chris on a number of occasions and the work has always well done 👍

I have used this company on a number of occasions over the last 12 months and have been completely satisfied with all aspects of their work to date. I recommend them and will be using them again in the future for any plumbing jobs.

Great service. Plumber came out on time. Done the job for a decant price. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them .

On time, easy booking, service was well priced and the staff were very professional.

Paid £100 for a leaking pipe. 2 weeks later pipe is leaking again!!

Chris was professional and prompt, I had an email reminder the day before of the time and appointment. He has great advice and his honest opinion was valued. Reasonably priced and fixed the problem quickly.

Good all round service
Great job

Chris was really helpful and friendly and did a great job fixing my leaky loos. I would definitely recommend him.

During the chaos of the Christmas period, I would always forget to book a plumber to fix my leaking ensuite toilet. One night, as I got into bed - I decided enough was enough! I rolled over and googled my way to a plumber! Less than 12 hours later, the plumber had arrived at the property, diagnosed the issue and began fixing!! Brilliant service, explained everything to a complete novice, friendly and professional! Definitely know who I need to call for future plumbing related issues! Thanks Chris!

Booking was clear and easy, and the engineer turned up on time and did a fantastic job of repairing my central heating system & swapping radiator valves at short notice. It was great to have the house warm again now that the temperature has dropped. He was polite, tidy, and also identified a leaking stop tap and loose dishwasher pipe whilst carrying out an inspection as part of a competitive routine maintenance plan, which prevented long term issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Book your Plumber to family and friends. Thanks!

Excellent service and arrived when he said he would. Carried out the work with no interruptions to the household and was very clean and tidy.

Book your plumber is a genuine , reliable, trustworthy company , The standard of work is impeccable. Arrived bang on the time agreed , cleaned the area of work after he completed the job.
