I actually rated this casino until...
I actually rated this casino quite highly but that was until they didn't put my money back into my account.
So not once, but twice now, I have been playing a game and was winning at the time during a round.
** I have screenshots of both times it happened, verifying everything i said and have provided them to the casino**
The first time it happened, I had won the bonus round but had to finish the round before the bonus round began, you can clearly see it too that I was supposed to next play the bonus round. Suddenly there was a "connection issue" and I had to reload the game. I go out, back in and my game is gone and no bonus round and the amount I had won so far into that round was gone also. I advised what happened to managers, live agents, email and everything and they first tried to tell me that they checked and no issues to which I replied and said that's impossible and requested they show a report of my data showing amounts etc , they ignored that and said they will escalate it to the relevant department. This has been going on for over 3 months now. Still no resolution.
Then it happened again a month ago, I was playing a game, had won $46 so far into the round and then suddenly it froze, wouldnt let me click any buttons and then it told me I need to reload the game. I go out and then suddenly I'm logged out of the whole casino. I tried to log back in and it says casino is undergoing maintenance. I then finally get back in half hour later, go into the game and my win amount is gone and the game I was playing.
I notify manager and live support and have been waiting a month not for my money. I received and email a fortnight ago confirming I had the win there and it wasn't added back to my account and that they have escalated it to the relevant department and heard nothing since !! I've sent complaint emails regarding both of these and no reply to the email I sent nearly 3 weeks ago. They have the same reply every time I ask why its still not been resolved and that is " we are waiting for the relevant department and please be patient" Basically they delay and delay hoping you'll eventually give up and let them get away with paying it. I won't.
Also been told I have a new VIP manager and they haven't even contacted me or given me their details.

ive submitted my documents to be verified and everything was approved, I requested a withdrawl and they said it takes 92 hours to process which sucks already because they have extremely low withdrawals limits so it takes forever to take out your money. After a WEEK of waiting they then cancel my withdrawal and delete one of my verification documents and ask me to RESEND it, even after I already did and had it approved.
now I have to wait ANOTHER week for just ONE of my withdrawals which im sure they cancel again and ask for something else, this process is extremely slow and they seem to just be lost with everything, good luck
EDIT: they claim that all my documents havent been provided but that is simply false, all my document have been provided since late April, they actually already confirmed this by live chat and are saying diffrent here, I have STILL not received a single withdrawl dated from May 5th, 2026 and ive been trying since april 14th, 2026
EDIT AGAIN:
they have delayed my withdrawl again and keep telling me theyve escalted it and send it to the "relvant department" and to wait for an email, ive done this process close to 10 times already and have received ZERO emails, at this point they just DO NOT PAY theyre customers. ive been delayed a month now

In alcuni casi, le piattaforme si rifiutano di pagare le vincite o impongono condizioni impossibili da soddisfare, come scommesse multiple con quote improbabili.
Ad esempio, un sito che chiede di scommettere più volte l’importo vinto prima di poterlo prelevare, o che impone limiti di prelievo giornalieri molto bassi, dovrebbe essere considerato sospetto. State lontani da questi truffatori. Non fidatevi delle promesse di bonus sono un' esca e in caso di vincita succede quello che e' successo a me. Aiutatemi a denuciare questi ladri.
Senza parlare del servizio clienti che ti prende in giro, evita di dare risposta e alle mail non risponde mai nessuno.
Cosa fondamentale, non forniscono nessuna informazione sulla societa', dominio, sede legale, sede operativa.
Sul sito non c'e' scritto niente sulla societa' pertanto mi sembra evidente che siano dei truffatori patentati.

I say yes and then he repeats this email chain over and over again. I say okay fine just close my account and once again over and over again, Why? How about we set a deposit limit instead?
