Took the money and disapeared

They charged me a dollar then After Pressing continue they charged me 30 dollars and tried 10 more times thankfully I blocked the merchant from my card

Whatever you do DO NOT pay using Apple Pay! It’s harder to dispute the transaction but I’ve reported them as a scam to Apple Customer Support. After you sign up they keep charging you for all these “add-ons” and then will refuse to refund you. They say they give you a $1 trial for 7 days but still charge you a day or two later. BIG SCAM!!!

I do not recommend using this service. The PDF report they provide is a generic, low-value document that doesn’t offer any real insights or personalised data as advertised. The whole site feels misleading – it promises results and transparency, but fails to deliver on both.

When I tried to cancel my subscription, the cancellation page just kept loading endlessly and never allowed me to actually stop the service. It feels like a deliberate tactic to prevent users from cancelling.

Avoid this site – it’s not worth the hassle, and it seems designed to take your money without providing real value.

This is the worst internet service ever.
I was even been charged after canceling this app three days before the trial period deadline.

Scam! They charge automatically for a plan when you want to take a trial and their report is obviously a scam, just generic information. It’s a fraud ! Plus, they don’t have a real site or real customer service it’s all automatic AI responses.

Same as some of the other reviews, I was interested in seeing what the service was all about for one dollar, which you agree to paying via checkout method. Immediately after that process, there’s a button that charged you an additional $28 for some bullshit PDF. Within seconds of this happening, I reached out to the company and they had no interest in any sort of refund and hide behind some small print agreement. It’s only $28, but I’m going to spend a little bit of time on this… Just getting started.

Scam!! I blocked my card!!

I paid for a 1$ service on March 3rd and since then I keep being charged for 15-25$ every week.
Contacting them is impossible as they have one shady email address, and they won't refund you for a service you do not need or use! Complete scammers, and they have no service to provide.

It is totally a scam and it is not as advertised. The advertisement and the product is nothing they mentioned. Plus once u pay for $1 trial. And when im in, im being charged $28.99 immediately but then it was too late. They put it as I’ve agree to see a report which seriously I didn’t even know I clicked onto something but the charges was fast to be notify and I thought how come the trial is over so fast.

So I write many times to cancel and they keep telling me It’s in the platform or app.but when I see from my email. And the cancellation was not possible for first day cos it wa still turning in circles. I guess they want to make u forget about it and charge u more.

So I went in 2nd day to cancel and it bring u thru a whole process and this time I made sure to click cancel and after cancel . It was still not cancel. U need to go thru many steps and make eventually cancel and I do not know what the support is there for cos they are not of help in any way.

SIMPLY PUT ITS A SCAM

I thought I pay for 1$ product, and in 1 minute my card was charged again through apple pay twice with 28.99€, so a total of 58$! Without my consent!

I feel I was scammed!

I canceled my subscription and I sent them an email and I hope they respect what it is said on the first page page, that they refund your money if you're not happy with the purchase.

2 days later, they responded to me that I agreed with this payment, but they said only about 28,99$, not about that I was charged twice it this price!

I didn't even know that was possible. Terrible, outrageous service. Avoid them at all cost!

Oh and the 1$ "trial" product is a complete nonsense for people that don't know how to use instagram. Total BS!!
