Disappointed with cut of dress. Just cling to my stomach I think it was because material very light. It was a nice dress but unfortunately not suiting me or anyone with a tummy. I also think you should look into taking items back in store as it is turning me off buying online again sorry.

Went to to Donaghamede Shopping Centre bought a lovely shirt in Born fts great very pleasant staff member lovely clothes hope to go back very pleased with my purchase.

Another Email to them today. Reply requesting tracking number. Sent it and still waiting A regular customer . Never again Born......

When I originally ordered I had an item that had been in the basket , it was only after checkout that I realised I had ordered an item I didn’t want .
I contacted customer support by email and was refunded for the item before my order was picked .
Absolutely adore BORN website and love shopping in store in the parkway shopping centre in Limerick as the clothes are always amazing and there’s always an outfit for every occasion

A review of Born clothing stores.

I am finding that some Born stores do not carry the same styles as other stores as I visited Roscommon store and found it lacked dresses and styles that I later found in Born Headford rd, Galway. Are there different buyers for this franchise or why does stock differ?

I ordered my mother a dress from Borns online shop. When she got it, it was too small and she wanted to return it. She rang a Born shop in the next town over to see if they were open to take the dress back and get a refund. She was told she has to send it back via a courier as they don't allow refunds in store when she bought it online. When she returned the dress they charged €10 to do so. I can't understand why she wasn't able to return it to a store if they are all the 1 company and why they still profited after the return was made. It was an eye opener for sure.

I ordered on 8th and received on 10th, very fast delivery by anpost. The quality is great for the price. I do buy those fast fashion brands and I know my size, the quality. They would charge for the return cost should be aware, but I'm satisfied with my order.

I absolutely love Born. Sarah in wilton shopping centre knows her stuff big time. She makes you feel so comfortable. Defo give her a shout, she will pick out stuff that suits your body shape..taking the hassle out of shopping 💕💕
