Boston Scientific has changed my life!

Boston Scientific is amazing! They have enabled a little battery-powered device within my spinal sheath plus the adjacent placement (under my skin) of a battery pack to effectually save and change my life and my quality of life. Boston Scientific has taught their field agents to be able to manage all types of problems, scenarios, and panic situations both over the phone, in person, and even when we are miles apart. I am proud to be among their clients and proud to say that I fully support Boston Scientific!

Had bladder retention problems

Had bladder retention problems. I was in test phase with the axonic stimulator. My first rep working with me was unknowledgeable Didn’t know what program I was on. Had my level way too high. Asked for another rep who must get commission they didn’t listen to my concerns. Told them I was ending my test and having it removed rep immediately went into sales mode promising me the world. Wouldn’t answer my questions just kept saying how great device was. Doesn’t care about the person just the sale of the device

WORST SUPPORT

Hey, I got an idea- lets mail a heart monitor to an elderly person and expect them to install and know how to run it on own! w/ NO SUPPORT at all! Good idea! Oh and tell them they have to "find" the serial number on own" when you call for support hours away from this elderly person! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I had to wear a heart monitor and had nothing but trouble . And then I returned everything after my 30 days and they kept messaging me and calling me that I didn't return my device. After I returned my device. I called back and told them I returned my device and then they were like. Oh yeah we see you returned your device and then after that I kept getting a message saying I didn't return my device and then they're like well. We didn't get your phone that was with your device. I'm like I returned everything. Everything was in that box. They have been harassing me ever since I am sick of it. I would never recommend this company to anybody. They are a total scam.

Wore the heart monitor for 7 days…

Wore the heart monitor for 7 days knowing my heart was beating irregularly by feeling it and by pulse. I’ve worked in a Drs office for years so well aware if irregular beat on pulse counts. Results: one single episode of bradycardia and not one irregular beat caught when I absolutely know it was doing it a minimum 10 x a day. Useless, costly ordeal. Also, the tape left a large red, blistered area right on my chest where it was attached. It kept saying poor skin contact when I couldn’t hardly peel it off to replace. Most definitely unsatisfied and I hope they contact me for my opinion.

Junk

Junk. I've spent countless hours trying to get it to connect. It won't. I called the factory troubleshooting line and it is a recorded process that doesn't work. Never get to talk to a human.

Horrible

Heart monitor had problems from the beginning. It was constantly blinking to indicate that it wasn’t working correctly. I had to replace it several times. Finally they sent me a new one in the mail and that was a big ordeal getting it set up because they didn’t really know how to help me. I was excited because I thought that it had recorded a heart episode and that they would have the information on it. After I returned the heart monitor, I waited about two months and I had to call my doctor’s office to get results. They said they didn’t see any results so they contacted Boston scientific and Boston scientific set that the heart monitor har only recorded a few hours of information and then it had quit working, so they had just canceled the whole thing. They never notified me. I’ve been waiting for months and if they could’ve communicated to me that they had canceled all the data, I could’ve found out more information during this time with another monitor. The whole experience was horrible.

The constant stalking and harassment…

The constant stalking and harassment from the African workers the work environment is like being in a prison and this is in the bmt department where the supervisor is Dennis they watch your every move to find something to complain about this at the maple Grove Minnesota

Frustrating

I was supposed to wear my holtor monitor for 14 days and most of those days it beeped, woke me up out of a sleep, couldn’t get the battery to go in tightly so the beeping never ended. Called them twice and they were supposed to call me back but didn’t! So they’re definitely not getting a reading from this. I’ll keep trying and mail it back in the box I was given. Not a good experience!

Bad experience

My physician ordered a heart monitor and sent the order for the DME to Boston Scientific (BS). They (BS) then called to verify my address. It was not until I called them back to ask about the cost. I was told it was $2700 and not covered by insurance. I told them to keep it. Then today it shows up at my house. I feel this is deceptive practice whereas they were going to send it to me without covering any financial obligations until I specifically asked how much it was. Had I received it or opened it and started using it, I would be on the hook for the cost. Customer service was no help when I called and they are extremely rude and suck. They tried to blame it on the physician multiple times. The physician does not work in the insurance industry and has no way of knowing the cost or if it is even covered under insurance. They only send the order out. It is up to the vendor to verify and discuss the cost with the patient. Each person at customer service kept passing it off as if it was not their fault, except for the last person I spoke with. It took me over an hour to finally talk to someone who would help to send this back so I would not be charged. I spoke with four others prior. Poor customer service and experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Took 4 days to reprogram

Took 4 days to reprogram. First person was obviously working from home as I heard a baby. How does one work with heart monitors while supervising a baby ? She was unable to help. Second person had a strong accent.

Typical American slave-drivers

Working in Netherlands warehouse, typical slave labour type of job, refuse to pay a living wage, always understaffed, no one does their job, no one to complain to but not really allowed to have your voice heard. Company has a lot of rules in place that make no sense but to make your life more miserable and they inforce only those rules.
The do a lot of charities, go heavy on making a lovely public image while putting same amount of effort into making sure least amount of money goes to their workers.
P.S.
They hire warehouse workers only through agencies, so you're not even working for company, so you'll get your salary even less than you should have.

I had to wear one of their heart monitors, the kind that had the phone with it. My doctor said I needed to wear it for a week. At the end of the prescribed time, according to the instructions, the phone was supposed to give me an alert saying the prescribed time was done it did not. When I called the company, they said oh no, you are supposed to wear it for 30 days, I told the operator that my discharge instructions said one week, she replied back that my doctors office would have to call them I called my doctors office and talked to a member of the heart monitor team and she said no it is only for a week, to take off the monitor the next day and send it all back to the company. That's what I did. Then I began to get phone calls and texts from Boston Scientific about the monitor not send ing signals Andi told them.that my doctor said I was finished with the time and that I had sent the monitor back to them. Most responded oh, I see that in your chart ok thank you. CLICK. This went on, sometimes twice a day for almost a week. Also the sticky strips did not stick well and they came off in the shower

This company is soaking patients and…

This company is soaking patients and insurance companies $MMM, perhaps billions for a hoax. They are supposedly using a device that is to monitor patients' heart rhythm for the patient's care team and safety. The monitor turned off and was apparently off for hours. The patient wasn't notified, When the patient phoned in while the agent was pleasant she wasn't in the least bit concerned. The medical team indicated and a couple of phone agents concurred the patient would be notified in the event a life threatening situation was indicated. Other phone agents said they did not. With pulse rates ranging between 118 upward nothing was reported. The device wears down and there are no alarms that alert the patient. The monitor frequently indicates "poor skin contact" when that isn't the case. When the agent is contacted the patient is told not to worry it's fine; it's still recording. What an absolute hoax.

Total pos!

Total pos!! Has done nothing for me and now I can’t even charge it because the charger doesn’t work and I can’t get a new one without jumping through hoops! I’m sorry but I have Never felt Any relief with this!! Don’t waste your insurances money!! Did nothing!!!! I just want the piece of garbage! taken Out!!!
