No idea about the product itself, but company markets using spamming affiliates who send unsolicited email in breach of GDPR. As they'll happily break the law in regard to marketing, I wouldn't be trusting them with personal or payment information.

It crashes and updates very slow. I purchased a lifetime whitelabel plan. Don´t do that. Test it out first before you go the whole way. 7 months into Botsify- it´s not user-friendly at all. I will look for another bot builder.

I felt compelled to write this review. I've been intimidated by the idea of creating an AI chatbot because the task seems daunting. Immediately upon logging into Botsify, I felt calmed by their intuitive design and streamlined UI. This platform is very robust and has more functionality than I will need. However, I value the simplicity and ease of use with Botsify. Overall, I'm very impressed with the application. I contacted their support team with some questions and they responded quickly. When I invest in a service, I want them to care about my success. I truly believe that the Botsify Team is invested in my business
