The Good:
Bottle has undoubtedly been a critical element to the growth of my business.
1. The platform itself is tremendous, easy to understand and visually low-stress. They've thought of every single thing (half of which I don't often use!) to give business owners all the levers they need at their disposal. On the other side, the customer-facing UX is sleek, simple and frictionless: key aspects to streamline ordering.
2. The team at Bottle is excellent. They're committed to helping their clients get the most out of the platform from a product perspective, but also from a business growth & professional perspective. I've been able to connect with meal prep services in different states and cities, share our experiences and learn about the things that are driving their successes. The Bottle team actually builds community.
3. The Help Center & Tutorials are easy to navigate & understand. Only a couple times have I reached out tot he team to help me understand how to implement something I didn't yet know how to do — the other times I've been able to learn on my own through their tutorials. Super easy, and they've got everything covered.
The Constructive:
I find that some of the reports can be limited or restrictive. In other words, sometimes you can't pull super specific details; rather, you're limited to the types of report templates provided. I regularly have to reformat reports to have them be easier to read — they typically include lots of order numbers and information that I simply don't need (it's good to have if need be, but would be nice to do away with them if preferred).
The desktop experience is 100% better than the mobile experience. Mobile is certainly usable and doable, and if you need something done in a pinch it works, but your best bet is on a computer. Could be helpful to have a truly made-for-mobile Bottle experience for the business owner.
Bottle has simply made my life better. It saves me time, allows me to better communicate to my clients and helps build sales by allowing me multiple avenues to sell my products.

Ive used bottle for about 3 years now. At the time I needed an ordering system that offered discounts and promotions for a meal prep company. Before using Bottle, most companies I used or researched only function for Restaurants. To have a company specifically designed for Meal Prep services has been a true blessing.
