How do you contact customer support?

Ordered a print and lampshade. The print arrived promptly and looks great but 12 days later and still no sign of the lampshade. Got a bounceback from the support email address and there is no phone number on the website so I have no clue how I am supposed to follow this up!

Impeccable service

I ordered table top fire pit at a decent price and it arrived quicker than anticipated..... On opening the product the glass ring was found to be broken.
Contacted customer services....who sent out a replacement....all good

Excellent customer service

Unfortunately my purchase itself, which was supplied by a 3rd party, I was extremely disappointed with. Not Boufs fault, but I have to commend their customer services department who were thorough, communicative and prompt in their replies. I received a full refund with no hassle. Would recommend and would certainly be at ease shopping with them again.

Geometric Dome

I had trouble paying and inadvertantly ordered 2 items the same. This was dealt with courteously and promptly without me feeling too much of an idiot! The geometric dome was easy to erect from the excellent instruction included and I'm thrilled with it.

Designer not paid

I am listed as a seller on Bouf and have been trying to get in touch with them for over a fortnight - I have had no reply at all to either my emails, messages via the support function on their site, their Facebook page or phone calls. I am waiting for payment for a product that I shipped in good faith on 2nd February.
Avoid at all costs - not an honest or professional company.

Can't recommend

When I found a pewter 'Wave Sculpture' on bouf I finally thought I'd found something suitable for my wife's 10th anniversary. I'd wanted to find something other than jewellery which can get a little samey after a while, and there's not a lot that's feminine in the way of tin/pewter products out there. But what arrived at my door was far from an elegant curved sculpture - more like a flat folded over piece of scrap metal. Naturally they have claimed that it was damaged in transit to which my only response is wrap it better you muppets it's a piece of metal. To add to the insult of having my anniversary ruined by a piece of garbage for a present they are claiming that none of the five different photos I've sent to them to demonstrate the state of the 'sculpture' when I received it have arrived - despite no indication from my email that photos weren't delivered or were too big. And they are refusing to refund my order without that evidence - so essentially accusing me of lying about the situation. I advise you to avoid this 'service' at all costs.
