Great service from Bounce Back Carpets. Stairs, landing and bedroom now feel like new again after having work done on the house.

The carpet in my father's flat was recently cleaned by Bounce Back Carpets (BBCs), but I was unable to stay long enough in the UK to see the results in person. I was, therefore, pleasantly surprised to receive a photograph of the carpet from BBCs showing a beautifully clean carpet, frankly much cleaner than I had dared to hope. When I called BBCs to arrange for the carpet to be cleaned I didn't get through, but they called me back within minutes and I was able to arrange for the carpet cleaning over the phone. Paying for the work via direct debit was a breeze, BBCs showed up as promised, and an email (with the attached photo) confirming that the work had been completed was sent to me promptly. It is refreshing to be reminded that there are still people out there who believe in doing their work well. Thank you BBCs for a job very well done!

What can I say! I knew my cream sofa was manky and letting the large dog I have climb all over it didn't help, but my word never realised how dirty it actually was until the team set to work. I'm amazed at how clean its come up. Years of ground in dirt gone. Smell of dog gone! What a fantastic job Ashley and his team at Bounce Back Carpets have done. 5🌟from me. Definitely using them again in the future. My tourer caravan seats will be next. Massive thank you. One happy woman here

Ash was friendly and on time. With having young kids my carpet was in a bad state but Ash had it looking like brand new by the time he was finished. Will definitely use Bounce Back Carpets again.

Had Ashley come clean our living room carpet, it was in desperate need with a dog and a 2 year old running around! He did a great job, my carpet looks good as new and it smells lovely! A lovely, friendly guy too. Highly recommend.

This company is brilliant - I think I’ve used 5 times now and every time the quality of work is exceptional. Ashley is a perfectionist and so reasonable prices - you can’t go wrong ! There is always 6-8 people in my house , two dogs and two cats ! Whether it is an all over clean or there is a sudden disaster - my response is immediately - TEXT ASHLEY ! He is officially my 4th emergency service ! If you think your carpets are past saving - I assure you with this guy they’ll come back to life !

Having hired a rug doctor and doing the carpet my self this time I had bounce back carpets do it and I 100%regret hiring the rug doctor and will be using Ash from now on.. not only is he cheaper but the job is incredible.. carpet looks and feels fresh smells fresh was left almost dry.. very friendly and explained what they was doing and why..highly recomend and like I say will 100 % be using in the future thank you once again
