Returned with massive fees
Returned the shirt I had bought. Crazy high taxes and duties (the amount I was not aware of) meant that I only received c. Half of what I spent when returned.

Read carefully before using Boutique 1.
It is important to realise that if you need to return your item it will cost you approximately 10
Percent of the purchase price In duties and taxes as the company operates out of Dubai . This is not made clear when you place your order. After a delay of 4 days where Boutique 1 said their courier account had been put on hold and they could not give me a return code or organise a return I finally insisted and they arranged a Courier pick up . I now still waiting for my money back over a week after the product was received back in Dubai by Boutique 1. I have not received a reply to my emails requesting when I will receive the money back. I strongly advise not to use this company.

We sincerely apologise for the late response to your email as Customer Care is available from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM (+3 GMT).
It is stipulated in our Returns page that import duties and taxes will not be refunded in case of returns on orders shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Hence refunds will be issued after a confirmation of these charges has been received from the courier service.
With regards to your refund, we have emailed you on the 12th of October confirming that we have completed your card refund which normally takes 5 working days to be completed by the card merchant. If in case you do not receive the funds by then, we have provided you in email with the reference number you can quote to follow up with your card merchant.

Bought Expensive brand boots
Bought Expensive brand boots. Item stopped at Custom that requested several tax document because item was shipped from Dubai (extra CEE).
The boots arrived with NO original box and NO dust bag and not in mint condition.
