Her willingness to go the extra mile was evident when the red model I was interested in wasn't available in the showroom. Not only did Rachel offer to take us to the garage where new cars are prepared, but she even used her own vehicle to drive us there, allowing us to see the car through a window, an act well beyond the standard level of service.

Afterwards, Rachel brought us back to the showroom, continuing to answer any lingering questions I had. She efficiently managed all the paperwork, and within a week, my new car was ready for collection. On the day I returned to exchange my old vehicle, Rachel handled the necessary photos and video documentation while I enjoyed a coffee she had kindly prepared for me. Once everything was ready, Rachel presented the keys to my new car and thoroughly explained its features, so all I had to do was customise the mirrors and seat before setting off. She also finalised the sale of my previous car, ensuring every detail was taken care of.
