Ordered 1000 Mile socks (3 Pack) through Amazon, but only one pair sent. When contacting their (dreadful) customer services they said ‘someone’ (I suggest them) had changed the description and I’d only paid for 1 - £15 for one pair of socks!!!
Appalling customer service. Ordered 10mm cue tips as photographed and described. Sent 11mm tips.
When contacted they replied
"All Century tips are now manufactured to 11mm and have been for months now" Refused to refund

Ordered orbit bowling shoes advertised for sale week later not stock item refund week later no refund emailed them rude reply from their employer you have to wait till Wednesday Wednesday this week as from October 21 now it’s November 7. Still not received a refund. They say it’s down to my, bank contact my bank dispute is going on advertising something that they haven’t got a scam regards John Windle
Ordered 2 bowls bags.No acknowledgement,email or text. Arrived today only 1 bag in the package. Phoned but no apology. Sending the 2nd bag. Basic service not acceptable. Won't recommend to any bowls club members.
Seller is a complete fraud brought a cricket ball bag from them via amazon go buy the trade name 'Bowls4u 4Utrading Group' marked the item as dispatched 7 days ago messaged them why no tracking update told me their waiting for supplier to send the item? All they do is print off a royal mail label in advance to scam and fool you so you cant cancel the sale AVOID complete scam!
New case seemed iffy to me in the first place. was told it was made that way to stop cues moving (they barely fit in side the case!!!)
Not that long after purchase the outward pressure seems to have done one of the hinges in and nearly done another.Very disappointed but other reviews seem ok.The agent even said they would get something sorted .... bull!!

Company advertising products they don’t and then send inferior product. Ordered a branded neck scarf. Wrong item sent. Replacement item request and was again wrong. Nothing like the one I ordered. After complaining company cancelled my order and did not bother replying.
ordered the new drakes pride bowling shoes but arrived worn with marker pen marks and soiling box damaged..
promised full refund including postge but short changed me 40p
