Love the bows! And the selection is amazing!!! I also am really impressed with how many bows are on bobbles as the clips never manage to stay all day in my little one’s hair

However, I had an issue with 1 of 2 matching bows breaking less than a week after using them at school. I think we managed 2 wears out of it. I contacted the company by email and never heard anything back. I have also had another bow break after only a few uses. I haven’t contacted the company again as I really don’t think I will get a response which is a real let down for the company!

Not sure I will order again as 2/7 bows are now broken (1 of which is a pair)

Beautiful Bows - however missed out on a bundle which drew me into the website in the first place. My error as I didnt see that I had to select it myself. I can accept that as it was my first order and was new to the bow buying experience. Fast delivery and lovely packaging however half of the bows are bent out of shape as only half were on backing boards. It did seem they were just 'thrown' in the box. I ordered about 15 bows and 5 headbands. Will probably be a while before I order again as alot were for Christmas - these were the bent ones.
