Wow. I’m impressed. Ordered bows in preparation for my child starting reception in September and I am so so impressed. The colours are vibrant, the quality is fantastic. The material used is such good quality. And not to mention the range of colours available (our school colours are blue and yellow) is brilliant.

I recently made my first purchase with this company and, unfortunately, made an error during the ordering process. I had intended to take advantage of the "10 bows for £10" offer, but due to the demands of parenting two young children, a demanding job, and other distractions, I inadvertently failed to apply the necessary promotional code at checkout. I fully acknowledge that this was my oversight.

However, upon realizing the mistake, I promptly contacted the company to see if the issue could be rectified. I was informed that no adjustments could be made.

While I understand that the error was mine, I question the logic of requiring a promotional code after a customer has already clearly indicated their intent by selecting the "10 for £10" offer on the website. This additional step feels unnecessarily cumbersome, particularly for first-time customers.

Regrettably, based on this experience, I do not intend to use this company again. While customer service did respond, the interaction lacked empathy, flexibility, or any genuine effort to assist a new customer, which is disappointing

My bow order for my daughter has just arrived , the quality is amazing & so is the colour & the sizing , delivery was very fast which is always a good thing , absolutely love them

These bows are absolutely stunning. My daughter has very obscure colour combination as her uniform and this was the first place I could find it. They were delivered quickly and packaging was beautiful! My daughter is in love!

I have been using Bowtastic for a long time now, in particular for my granddaughters school bows and headbands and clips (purple and white) though I also order her other items particularly at Christmas, Halloween and Easter.
The items are all extremely well made and last forever (more likely to be lost!).
Delivery is fast and the items are extremely well/wrapped and packaged.
I highly recommend them.

Ordered school bobbles from the black range only for 4 of the items to turn up dark grey. I emailed straight away as everything else ordered was black just these 4 and was told they were charcoal and if I wanted to send them back it would be at my own cost. So £3.95 for postage and then a 20% restocking fee. This would cost more than my items.

I had a look on the website as I couldn't quite understand how I managed to order grey when I was in the black category and anything dark grey is in both the black and the grey categories. Totally false advertising for the colour. There is no pink in the red section or baby blue in navy/royal blue so I don't understand why it is there. So I am left out of pocket and need to replace these elsewhere as they don't go with the uniform.
Won't be ordering again, there seems to be great customer service as long as nothing is wrong with the order.

I wish I could add a photo to show the comparison of colour between the correct black items and the grey.

Fast delivery and really well made, durable material and has every colour to match outfits/uniforms, we will be definitely ordering again soon for our winter bobbles
