I have no hesitation in recommending in particular the two volunteers who managed to maneuver a very large and very heavy double wardrobe out my front door with the minimum of fuss. So professional and courteous too.

Our 2 couriers were brilliant: they arrived in the allotted time slot and were calm, helpful, friendly and efficient in removing our donated furniture with the minimum of fuss.

I was kept informed by Boxmove regularly throughout the process and collection. Arrived on time within the given time slot even though I had been informed they had been delayed. Lovely helpful collection men. Very impressed.

The 2 guys who came were on time, excellent, professional and very nice. I received notifications that it was all booked, also a time slot was sent to me the night before and then when they were actually on the way to my pick up. Have used company before, also today and definitely will use them again when need be.

We were notified the day before with a time slot as promised. We recieved a message on the pickup day to say we were the next pickup & on time. Nice lads too.

Everything you need from movers - they arrived within the 2 hour timeslot provided the evening before. The two drivers , also as named, were polite, friendly and professional.

Asked for furniture to be collected. Offered date quickly. Kept up to date with ETA for collection. Arrived on time and moved items easily. Very good service.

The staff were efficient, helpful & kind. They were fairly close to planned arrival time & took most of the items donated.

I was very impressed with the whole process. The form was easy to fill in, photos were easily uploaded and within a few minutes there was excellent communication from Boxmove.
The chaps who came to collect the furniture were lovely.
