Ask for the COA and SDS documents before making any purchase. I purchased citrus pectin, and afterward asked for these documents, which showed the product is cut with maltodextrin, 40 to 50% maltodextrin, meaning only 50 to 60% is actual citrus pectin. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website or labeling, misleading customers to think it's pure pectin. This is extremely dishonest and I would not trust any of their products without getting this documentation first.
