Very knowledgeable in what they are selling. Will definitely buy again.

Though delivered late due to certain circumstances. Cannot fault the quality of the plants .
Only given 4 stars as I would of liked an update rather than having to chase up.

I purchased a Taxus baccata ball from Boxtrees Nurseries. I appreciate that the nursery can’t fully control the delivery provider, but unfortunately the delivery experience was disappointing. The plant did not arrive on the scheduled day, and when it finally arrived, the box was damaged and had clearly been tipped over during transit. There was soil throughout the box and over the plant itself.
Thankfully, the plant was not physically damaged, but the overall shape of the ball was quite poor, with triangular sides and rounded top. There was also a noticeable amount of brown foliage on the top, which was disappointing given the price and expectations for quality.

Here a number of year ago and they’ve been really healthy. Over the years I have brought a couple of box balls from other retailers and they’ve not been that great. So recently when I wanted 4 more I made sure I ordered them from here. They arrived looking healthy and lush.

From ordering to delivery the process was seamless. The plants were very healthy and vibrant looking and came with great instructions! I'd order from Boxtrees again...

We ordered 3 yew balls from Boxtrees Nursery and unfortunately one was damaged in transit by the couriers.

Boxtrees Nursery took action straightaway to arrange for the damaged plant to be collected and a new one dropped off.

I have nothing but praise for them and highly recommend them as a result.
