BQool Avis 

In my opinion Bqool is the best repricer for amazon online arbitrage. Everything can be automated with file upload, inventory age rules and general setting. The AI rules are also really helpful. A must have for every seller.

Customer support have been great. Learning curve is not too bad. It helps me to not have to reprice my listings one by one. I did see an increase in sales when I switched to AI setting. There's still much to learn and harness from this software.

This company is flagging all negative reviews to try to manipulate its rating. My previous two reviews were deleted because bqool cannot take any criticism. Buyers beware. Previous reviews -

Bqool tanks prices hard because its repricer is so buggy, Amazon doesn't even provide bqool with price update through API a lot of times. I'd not recommend this tool to anyone. It can sink your business with the loss of profit.

Bqool is the worst repricer on the market, I lost over 10k with it because it doesn't respect minimum prices and will not raise your price as often as other repricers. Bqool is also a morally bankrupt company that pays people to write good things about it to lure uninformed customers into paying annual subscription.

Customer support is clueless and just try to accuse anyone except themselves. Bulk updates on ROI not working anymore as they are restricted by Amazon API daily quotas although they work on other pricing engines.

We request to cancel the service but the company still charge the fee and doesn't refund the fee. We tried to reach out to the account manager, but the person didn't reply for almost a week. Be aware of this company! Worst experience ever!!

We are back on track and learning there system. We're very excited to apply the features towards our business and watch the magic happen!

Back to 5 stars after a phenomenal phone call! Just 1 call is all it took to get us on track and much needed information was received. We are now super excited to finally use the tool and hopefully experience a nice up-tick in sales and take back our TIME spent manually changing prices. Time to work smarter and use automation to reach the next level! 🤠

Back to 2 stars.... all day trying to reach customer service.... more hours and hours wasted. Still trying to onboard 2 months later and nobody gives a hoot! They have our money though!

Update to 3 stars as we are slowing coming out of the mess that was created by there system and actually received a little bit more help today which is a miracle! Hopefully we can continue and finally be set up correctly soon and put all this mess behind us....

Absolutley awful onboarding experience.... its been 3 months and over 200.00 and we haven't even started the engine yet.... support has been excruciatingly abysmal! Literally days upon days with ridiculous customer service on a computer chat box just sending whatever random links at ya like there doing some good. Get a random person everytime, so of course you have to spend 30 minutes explaining your situation again and again and again. Its money over customers with this company so far! You literally have to pay 1,000/monthly to breifly speak with someone about your scenario when coming onboard. You cannot speak to anyone! They apparantly seem to hardly care about your business model or how you need to be set up.... They throw a thousand page bible at you on day one and then ask you "is there anything else we can assist you with today" like WTH!! If your made of money and like wasting days and days typing to some foreign customer service agent about serious questions then sign yourself up.

I have used Bqool for years, it was never perfect, but it did the job.
However, lately they have started disabling standard features like ROI calculator from the basic plan, and told me I needed to pay DOUBLE the monthly subscription fee in order to get them back...
This is unacceptable, and I will be looking for a different repricer, and so should you.

I came from another repricer, and I had a good experience. I also enjoy their onboarding webinar. I think it's very affordable for my business. They have new features that very expensive repricers have, so I can use inventory age to set my repricing. Highly recommend.

We tried this repricer.
There are too many details the repricer cannot read through file upload (like vat amount) and have to be manually updated through interface. This makes managing a wide offer of listings at the very least very hard.
After some days we were using it there were also many issues with product pricing not updating correctly; support told us they were looking into it but to no effect.
In the meantime we had many sales "under margin" as a result of this.

At that point since we only used a couple of days (literally like... 2-3 days?) of the time paid, we kindly asked for a refund as it was not working correctly and actually producing losses.

The support refused to agree with refunding the month paid.
So my advice is to avoid using this tool: support is not very helpful, tool is very limited/buggy, compensation in case of problems will be denied.

SInce using bqool, my sales have doubled thanks to its real-time repricing speed that is only bottlenecked by Amazon platform's price update. If only Amazon could put more efforts in upgrading their platform, i could sell more with bqool's fast AI repricing. Recommend.

Wow! It was a great learning experience with Jimmy. I appreciated the extra level of patience he extended to me while I become familiar with the software. prior to the training, I was intimated about the various rules and their application but Jimmy made the one on one session very stress free. Much appreciation!

Couldn't ask for a better software. Price is fair, product is great and would highly recommend.

I had a question that I thought was an issue on the BQool side. My concern was addressed within 30 minutes and resolved. Turned out it was not on the BQool side, but they were still very friendly and able to help me resolve the problem.
