Great price and service
Great price, easy to order and delivery of the product. I would have liked an accurate delivery time but they stacked the product nicely so it was not an issue.

I order sandbags on line as website said Axminster didn't keep them in stock and would email me when in store never heard anything so two day later went to Bradford's on off change they be in, only to be told they keep them in stock and I could have got them on the day I order them which would have been helpful as I need them to prevent flood water entering my property

Useless
Useless. I buy some boots that are clearly factory seconds (rejects) as there's no way someone with eyeballs would let these out.
I then try and return them and unless I pay a non refundable postage fee, they expect me to wait in all day for DPD to collect sometime between 8am-5pm.
What an absolute load of time wasting rubbish. I'd highly recommend using another company. These guys will just shrug and say it's their suppliers fault and take zero responsibility.

Seems a bit silly to not have a catalogue. I went in and needed to look in a book for items I needed. Was then told no have a look online.. seems a bit odd. Why would I come into a store to look online. I can make an order online so was just a waste of time coming in. Put me off.

Good value hardwood stable door
Good value hardwood stable door in a choice of sizes available either glazed or ready to be glazed. Look to be reasonable quality though I haven't fitted it yet.
Delivery driver really good, keeping you up to date with date and time of scheduled drop.
