Franz, who handled the sale, set a standard of communication that many larger dealerships could learn from. Before I even committed to the car, he provided an impressive amount of detail. High‑quality photos, walk‑around videos, close‑ups of key areas, and clear explanations of the car’s condition and history. Nothing felt rushed or vague; everything was transparent, thorough, and genuinely helpful.

Braeburn Motors also arranged for the wheels to be professionally refurbished prior to delivery.
The delivery team were equally excellent! Punctual, polite, and clearly took care in presenting the vehicle properly (even had it cleaned locally before delivery). The car arrived exactly as described, with no surprises or last‑minute excuses.

The DS 3 Performance itself was prepared to a very high standard. Clean, well‑maintained, and exactly what had been promised.
