I ordered my Brallor (on a Sunday) over…
I ordered my Brallor (on a Sunday) over a week before I was going on vacation thinking I had plenty of time to receive my purchase. However, After a couple of days I e-mailed customer service in regards to my order (a Thursday) because I never received a shipping confirmation from Brallor to which they replied it was mailed the day before (a Wednesday) and should arrive the latest by Friday. I never received it and e-mailed customer service once again that weekend where I received a reply on the following Monday saying that their system had a malfunction of some sort and that my package was never sent. I even tried to call the customer service number from the email conversation where I had to wait on hold for 5 minutes followed by a "hello.." from someone who was asleep in the US, very unprofessional. That's over a week after I placed my order and being in contact with them earlier. They made me go to their warehouse to pick it up myself and I even had to deal with them for a discount for the troubles. It is also obvious that they purchase the swimwear cheap from China and put their logo on it to look fancy. Not pleased at all with how they handled my order nor the quality of the swimwear for the price they charge.

Vi ber självklart återigen om ursäkt för att din order försenades på grund av ett systemfel hos oss. Tråkigt att du upplever att vi tvingade dig att hämta din beställning på vårt lager. Detta var en lösning vi kom överens om, då på grund av ett fel hos Tele2 inte vår bud-leverantör gick att nå under denna dag.
Vidare vill vi mena att 30% avdrag och ingen fraktavgift är i paritet med de besvärligheter detta bidragit till för dig. Våra Brallor tillverkas i Kina som mycket annat, men vi kan stå stolta bakom vår produkt som är 100% designad och framtagen av oss. Ingen dropshipping produkt vi sätter vår logotyp på.
Har du fortsatt inte använt dina Brallor och är missnöjd med dem kan du jättegärna mejla oss på hello@brallor.com så löser vi en retur.
