They'll take it off google, not much else
It will make the thieving websites not appear on google searches.
But if the thieving websites blatantly disregard DCMA requests, then there's not really anything Brandit can do to make them comply with the law. Those sites with those stolen recordings are still going to be up.
What Brandit can do is make it so the DCMA violations aren't the top links when people search your brand. That's what they promise anyway. They've gotten a lot of them off google, but I have seen leaks as the second results on other search engines long after they were removed on google. I've had fans tell me they found recordings of me when they searched my brand, and when I go to submit them to brandit there already was a processed take down request.
It's better than nothing, but it's not nearly as comprehensive as I expected based on the advertising.

You’re absolutely right, while we can make a big impact on search visibility and work with platforms like Google to get infringing links taken down, some websites simply ignore DMCA requests or operate in countries where enforcement is limited. Ive been using BranditScan since the beginning and immediately I was impressed by how many results they found. Since then the service has evolved in really practical ways that made monitoring piracy even easier. Especially for someone like me who was often devastated by finding stolen links. Now its practically all automatic! They understand too, that advertising and promotion is a big part of what creators do, and so their AI tools are trained to identify that! I also love that variety of usernames they allow you to add to the scanner. It changed my drive to keep creating content
I believe I’ve been using BranditScan for about a month now, and so far the experience has been very positive. I made this decision because I’m now fully dedicated to content production. At first, I thought I was self-sufficient and could remove all leaked content by myself, but I figured I had nothing to lose by trying a scan since BranditScan gave me some free time on the platform.
The result? I was extremely upset when I realized my content was being leaked to a much larger number of sites than I had imagined! It’s really frustrating, especially when you dedicate so much time to work you love and want to deliver the best possible content to your clients.
I found their prices quite reasonable for what they offer, the support team is very helpful and quick to respond, and after some time most of my leaked content was deleted — and that started to show in my sales! At first, you really do need some patience, especially if you have a lot of leaked material, but it works. I feel much more motivated to keep working now.

Fastest DMCA company

Really helpful service
I am very relieved I decided to try Branditscan. Very easy to set up with several versions of my brand name, and they found infringements I was not aware of within short time.
