I bought items they asked for extra money to speed up delivery I paid R50 still order came late.
I asked for refund they wanted pictures to prove I didnt wear the items. That time I'm away on holiday how was I gonna wear them.
Sent the picture of a parcel still not opened they stopped responding to my emails and whatsapp. Is this a scam or what which shop doesn't offer refund or exchange

Diese Firma ist ein Fake-Shop. Ich habe zwei Computerfestplatten zu günstigen Preisen (insg. 70 Euro) bestellt und nie erhalten. Bei Urgenzen bekommt man automatisierte Nachrichten, dass man Geduld haben müsse. Werde geprüft. Geschehen tut nichts. Die Waren werden zwar als zugestellt markiert, kommen aber nie an. Zwei Freunden von mir erging es gleich. Deshalb habe ich bei Mastercard eine Umsatzreklamation eingeleitet. Kaufland, wo diese Fa. anbietet, hilft auch nicht weiter.
