I dont usually order bras online. but couldn't resist the January sale. I am a 18GG and struggle to find bras in shops. Big Girls Don't Cry had LOTS of GG options!

As a larger busted woman, it is hard to find a bra that is in my size and does not cost a fortune. So when you see January or Boxing day sales you make the most of those opportunities. This is what I did recently with the Big Girls Don't Cry Anymore sale purchasing a 20G in both Goddess and Elomi for sale prices. I did not realise that these where purchases that could not be returned or exchanged as it was advertised in the Sale and I did not read the smaller information stating returns only if faulty. Even at Sale Prices the bras were almost $70 each.
So when they arrived yesterday and clearly one bra is smaller make than the other I could not use both. I immediately contacted the company to see how I could exchange the bra that did not fit. I was told it was their policy that for particular sale items there were no returns and the below picture was sent.
For a company that states that their clients "happiness is their top priority" it surely does not seem to be the case. I was not asking for a refund, I admitted I did not see this information when I purchased the items and it did not state this on any of the emails I had received. Their banners across the site, make it seem like I am getting a good deal because it is January Sale time not last one, think long and hard, screw up and it will cost you sale time.
I am now left out of pocket with a very beautiful bra that I cannot wear and it is not a size that would fit any of my friends. I would expect in a time when everyone is aware how expensive life is that they would be more understanding and accept an exchange so that this product is not going to landfill and someone else who needs this size could purchase it from them.
Late shipping, inconsistent communication, inaccurate communication. Not a good experience at all, unsupportive customer service, somewhat rude return emails. I will return to shop at Brava, at least they are polite and helpful for big busted gals.
The product arrived and was too small. I'd removed the tag so it wasn't eligible for return.
Thanks for saving the Brand BGDCA. I had an order which wasn't fulfilled, but with your notification of the liquidation of BGDCA, and instructions on how to obtain a refund, I received a refund through PayPal. I re-ordered the bra with you, and am happy with the product. I currently have two more bras on order. Thank you.
Thank you for allowing me to exchange my bra for a better size. I'm much more confident in ordering from your store in the future, knowing that I won't accidentally waste my money on a bad fit. Cheers.
I have to pick a 4 to 5 sizes bigger because it was extremely small make otherwise I love that he's ein and the way it's made it's just a pity that it's extra tiny I'm not really the size that I got for the size boobs I should have been wearing to begin with and in the end I had to send it back and still have not been replaced with the same thing but in a bigger size and I've been waiting 2 months I would have pressed 5 stars for this bra if it would have fitted me straight off a little bit deceiving the make otherwise and awesome bra still waiting for mine to arrive back at my front door hope it's not going to be that much longer
